What's great about it: Small, easy to use, great picture quality.
What's not so great: Nothing
I purchased this projector after doing the typical review process I go through before making a purchase like this. (my wife thinks I'm obesesive, and a little crazy.) I have this projector ceiling mounted, and projecting a 90" image on a FAVI 100" electric projector screen. It is used for Ps3 games, and movies. The image quality is very good, and leaves me feeling satisfied with my decision to go with a LED based projector. I'm sure there is better choices for movie based projectors, however, the life span of the bulbs (20,000 hours) and price 599.99 is by far a greater value to me than a standard projector that needs a new $300.00 bulb every 2000-3000 hours. As for the internal speaker, I have never used it. The projector is connected via HDMI-(the only way it should be connected) to my Pioneer Reciever, Bowers Wilkins 685 home theater (with a Velodyne impact 12), APPLE TV, and PS3. I recommend giving this projector a shot if your in the market!

What's great about it: great picture, size, manual focus, light weight, nice remote, lots of different connections
What's not so great: short life span, speakers not so loud,
I bought this after Christmas and it is March and the projector just stopped working. Not powering up anymore. We will now see how the warranty goes as I need to bring to store. It has not turned on before but it only did it for about 5-10 minutes. We have gone hours this time and I have tried many different outles..
When it was working. I would give it 4-5 stars and it was a good value. But a product that only lasts 3 months and not very heavy use for over $600, I can't think that is a good value or should receive a good rating.
Picture quality - very good - We watched DVDs and Netflix mostly on it. Pictures was very clear and you could read small print on it and very bright colors. This was us shining it on a white textured wall. The projector was set about 10 feet away and gave about a 7 foot wide picture.
Connectors - We tried them all. The best is the HDMI, then SVideo and USB. When we had the USB plugged in the picture would often split in the middle when a scene would be moving fast so it "might" have been the quality of the connection but the movie was still fine.
Speakers on unit: We had a really hard time understanding anything that was put through them so we had to bring down our stereo system to hear any of the movies clearly. It took a bit of finagling to get the HDMI setup to NOT send the sound to the projector. It was almost like we had to trick the computer to not send the sound signal that way. It wasn't as easy as I thought it would be for that. I don't think I would have had that issue if we were running our sounds through a theater receiver.
This unit also has the ability to manually focus which is really nice and really helps to make things clear.
Super small. I was shocked by its size.
I wish I could have found out if the bulb would go 20,000-25,000 hours but I probably didn't get 300 hours out of it.
I am sad. I had hoped it would have worked for over a couple of years.
If I do get a replacement or for some magical reason it starts working and lasts quite a bit longer, I will update the review.
I would be real hesitant to recommend this product.
I hope I just got a lemon and get a quality replacement. My wife and older daughter are telling me we should have gotten a smaller TV instead but I wanted the bigger screen.. Oh well. Have a great day eh!

What's great about it: Performance, Picture, Ease to use
What's not so great: Nothing comes to mind
This unit has great features, contrast, and picture! When I started using this projector for the first time, the projector would automatically "KEYSTONE" its self to the angle you had the projector. This projector will work on virtually any wall. I also tested this projector with the lights turned on at 100%, and you could still see the image, and would be suitable for a presentation or game. I use this projector mainly with a PS-3 and MacBook Pro. I also use a light weight tripod to position the projector, and I have noticed that the projector does NOT weight down the tripod, or lean it to one side. The projector has a built in speaker, and works fine if you just want sound from the projector, but has the option of an 1/8 inch output audio jack to run the sound from the projector into power computer speakers. This unit also comes with a nice travel case with a remote and extra cables which you can put in the velcro pouch. This projector has a 20,000 hour blub life!! This means you can use the projector 4 hours a day for 14 years, before you need to replace this projector. I had recently purchased the Optoma PK-310 and was not satisfied with the performance due to the lack of its 50 lumuns output. With the extra money, it is worth it going to this projector.

What's great about it: Great value!
What's not so great: no zoom function
Good thing I took the chance to buy this unit. It surpassed all the expectations I had of it. At first, I was concerned that the 500 lumens isn't useable at normal room light but I was wrong. This baby does a very good job. I was able to project over 100" with still acceptable movie watching. It supports 720p, the color are crisped and the contract ratio is great.
