What's great about it: Great design. Wasn't sure about Windows 8 until now
What's not so great: Could come with more RAM
Wow. I live my new laptop.
I'm not sure what the other reviewer was thinking but mine had no problems and so far I'm loving the touchscreen. I use it for both work and at home and I think once you have a touchscreen on a laptop you won't be able to go back to the old experience.
It does require Windows 8 though which takes about a day to get accustomed to but after that the old Windows 7 desktop looks ancient and useless.
I'm going to upgrade the RAM since I like to have many programs needed for work open at the same time (in addition to the Windows 8 apps). The new Office is nice too.
This product is... A nice compact size, easy to set up

Not good to use. i used this product for a while and it is not booting up
