What's not so great: short battery life and random restarts
the phone was okay but again it was refurbished and they sent me what looked like to be a refurbished battery. because the white area on the battery was red as if it had water damage and it didn't hold charge for long. also it would restart if i had more than one application open at the same time, which was very annoying. well i guess you get what you pay for!

What's not so great: Short battery life, scratches
They gave me verizon bb, It was chipped at places and worse that battery drained in less than 8 hrs . I had not installed even a single application and still battery drained.

What's not so great: Scratched, Chipped, Dirty, Water Damaged Battery, Sprint Branded
They sent a used Sprint branded BlackBerry Tour. The battery had water damage and the phone was scratched and chipped. I had bought it for a birthday gift for a friend. Had to return the product. Had the worst experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
