What's great about it: Fast and flawless
What's not so great: She has it; I don't
My wife uses this in her business and she travels in seven states in the South, Northeast and Midwest. It works without a problem everywhere. It is faster than our home dsl even when we are running two computers. We liked it so much that we cancelled dsl at our home and our second home. So I could have service while she traveled, I ordered a Verizon 4510 4g wireless hot spot. The 2200 which is only 3g is faster and freeze free; and I cannot say that for the 4510.

What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Did not work and best buy left me with no hotspot and a Verizon bill.
I purchased a refurbished Mobile Hotspot. It arrived as expected and I picked up. Bit more of a wait than anticipated, but I was happy at this point. Activated service with Verizon. Had trouble getting connected. After an hour on the phone with Verizon, determined the Hotspot was defective. Took it to the Verizon booth at best buy the next day to double-check. Technician there agreed, Hotspot was bad. Turned in for a refund as the physical store does not have same product. I have now paid $35 to activate a Verizon account and am paying for my monthly airtime, but since Best Buy sent me a bum Hotspot, I cannot use it. I decided maybe Best Buy would help rectify this. Called customer service. Asked that if I ordered another device, would they express ship it and wave the shipping charge as I was supposed to have had the device last week. Quickly declined and I was left somewhat surprised at the terrible customer service. It is one thing to sell me a Hotspot that did not work. But to put me through the hassle of either trying to recover some of my money from Verizon as I cancel my account or the hassle of getting another Hotspot somewhere (not Best Buy). May be my last BB purchase if that is “customer service” for on-line purchases. Of note, the device would turn on and emit a signal. One could sign onto the device. But when going to the internet, it would immediately disconnect you.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
