What's great about it: compatibility and sound quality
What's not so great: Very uncomfortable on ears.
I really like the ability to switch them between linux, mac and windows. The sound quality is great. The comfort is bad, very hard on the ears.

What's great about it: Sound isnt too shabby. For the price, they're really nice.
What's not so great: Not adjustable on the head band. Dunno why not.
If you have a large head (you know who you are), might wanna steer clear of these. They wont feel comfortable. The band will dig into your temple.
I like the mute button actually being a button and not a switch. Ive had many switches die on me over time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Ease of use!
What's not so great: I have no complaints!
This product is just perfect for my skype account! Sometimes I want to make phone calls when I am working on my computer! This product and my skype account let me do just that! I love the built-in microphone!
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Comfort and Durability
I've gone through many headsets in the past few years. Most of them are retired due to a short in the wiring or the sound quality degrades past the point of being tolerable. This set is by far the most durable and comfortable I've used to date. I've had them for about 5 months and I definitely put them through the durability test. So far not a single hitch. If I had to recommend a pair to someone looking for a quality headset I'd recommend these by far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: lightweight, has it's own controls attached
What's not so great: just about everything
Comfort: Good around the head, and it's so lightweight that it doesn't slide down very easily. But where the ears are concerned, it's a bit awkward with the square shaped ear pads. The part that wraps around your ears acts as a stopper for when it does slide, but it ends up being a little painful and annoying after a while.. an hour or so for my tolerance level (which admittedly is short).
Sound: Listening to music and voices through the earphones had amazing clarity, but when nothing was playing back there was a slight white-noise. Pretty annoying. The mic gave off a slight tinny sound with echo. However, I found out later it could have been my win7 settings. I returned Plantronics headset and bought diff. brand and it was the same thing until I turned off everything but noise cancelling.
Another issue that I had was about 3 days after purchasing and using, out of nowhere came this constant static and hissing coming from the mic. I thought the tiniest of bugs got in there somehow, but from researching this product the same thing happened to others. It stopped for me about 48 hours later and didn't return, but ultimately I decided to return them. They were too expensive to have all these issues... and I'm not even done yet! lol.
Durability of the product seems pretty decent... cord was thick and there was no friction noise coming through when moving. The mic, controls, and headpiece seemed very durable. However, the ear pads were so thin and flimsy I can't see them lasting more than a year or two -- and two is pushing it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I work from home and purchased this headset to complete my training. My classmates on Adobe Connect can hear me well and I can hear them. The sound quality on my old gaming type of headset is better then this one but the mic is superior to the other one. I like how I can have my dryer on in the other room and upstairs the tv can be going and no one can hear anything but me! Having my desktop fan on and knowing that no one can hear the noise from the fan or the wind is awesome as well!
I have a somewhat large head and wear glasses so the comfort isn't always the greatest in the world but IT DOES FIT!!!! I would recommend this headset and if you are using windows xp pro it will recognize the headset by name and model number automatically!
I would recommend this to a friend!
