What's great about it: Large Screen wireless mouse and keyboard
What's not so great: It's all good !
Samsung doesn't just make PC's but as far as PC's go, they really know how to build a quality PC. One of the few All In One PC's that separate the Screen from the PC. Keep this in mind, when I spoke to the Geek Squad, they mention that Samsung had the least repair requests and from experiencing this PC I can appreciate that it has a good record of reliability.

What's great about it: The Wi-Fi rocks, being able to stream amazon is the best

This is a top product at an affordable price for all it does, the picture is crystal clear, the added Wi-Fi without extra wires is so easy. It is user friendly. I like mine so much, got mom one too.

What's great about it: Big clear screen, no big hard drive, all in one is great.
What's not so great: nothing
I have never bought a computer because my Mom always built one for us so I was so excited to get a new computer and this one is just awesome. The all in one is so convenient and takes up little space on my small desk even though the screen is huge. I have had no problems and won't even use the ipad or iphone anymore when I am at home. My son loves the touch screen although I don't use that feature it is still nice to have. We love this computer!!

I bought this computer, and the computer kept dying on me several times a day. It would go on, then shut completley off for hours. I called Samsung, and they had awful service. They told me it was maybe the cord, and said they would sent the cord, and power supply. One week later, I get just half the order...the cord...no power supply. I called again and they said another week or two. Geez! Come on! Avoid Samsung when it comes to computers. Samsung needs to stick with TVs only. I wish I could return it, but it is just a lttle past 6 weeks, so I cant. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought this computer a few months ago and returned it after 40 days, the communication with the wireless mouse, keyboard, and the computer stopped working. Samsung said they would send me out a new keyboard in two weeks...this was unacceptable, so I exchanged it for another one, figuring I just got a lemon, I'm a Silver Premier member, so there wasn't any problem exchanging it or a restocking fee.
31 days later, this new computer lost communication between the keyboard, mouse and the computer. I was on the phone with Samsung for an hour, finally I had to take my computer back to it's factory settings, and spent an entire afternoon reinstalling all my programs...
Unfortunately, this one is going back too. When I spoke to the tech at Samsung, I asked him if I was the only one having this problem, and he said, "No, this happens all the time"....really????????
It will be a wonderful computer when they iron out all the bugs, but I am not wasting another minute of my life on this thing!

What's not so great: speakers are horrible
I have had my new computer for over a month and have had no issues. HOWEVER, the speakers suck! It has the worst sound and no way to add external speakers. I use headphones for audio to bypass the speaker problem.

I bought this computer based on the screen quality, speaker quality and overall design. The drawbacks were no blue ray and a little light on processing power given the price, but I felt this was an acceptable compromise. What I wasn't expecting was the multiple issues with the software. 2 programs installed on the computer failed to open. We received countless error messages that were written in Korean? (Assumption) Didn't know how to fix those! Some pages from the desktop tried to open in the task bar. Yes, the entire page would try and squeeze inside the task bar! And anytime you wanted to type the "@" symbol it would instead type some random letter. Removed and reinstalled the driver and made sure the proper region was selected but problem persisted. Loved this item out of the box but sadly returned after a few days and purchased tower instead! Will wait a year or two until the all-in-ones have developed a little more.

PROS: HDMI in and out. Nice-looking HD screen. That's it...

For a nearly one-thousand-dollars pc i expect a bit more from my pc than a laptop processor. If i wanted a laptop, i would've bought one. The processor is slow and laggy. Fresh out of the box, I find my mouse pointer has to catch up sometimes like i am using a ten-year-old computer, especially when using voice recognition. The voice recognition is so sensitive that it picks up on the noise of the fan and DVD drive.

Not a lot of reviewers took the time to use their touch screen before writing their reviews. Two words: WOBBLY and GLITCHY!!! The screen wobbles so much that you must hold in place with your other hand. However, when you do this, the touch input does not register properly and renders it ineffective. The seemingly beneficial addition of being able to lay the monitor all the way flat, actual hurts the quality of the device, becuase it wobbles instead of being supported by a "kickstand". Besides, lying it flat makes the screen nearly invisible and IT STILL WOBBLES!!! You need to prop it up against a wall or put a book under it! Once again, RIDICULOUS for a thousand dollar computer...

What's great about it: Fast, quiet, space saver, easy to set up, great price
What's not so great: mouse a little sensitive, I am used to a bigger key board... neither of these is a deal breaker
It's quiet, fast, and a real space saver. I do not use the touch screen, so the wobbliness doesn't affect me.
Great speakers, love the wireless key board and mouse. I love the huge screen! I bought it as our home PC, but when I work from home I use it and the big screen is so wonderful.
I bought it a month ago and have loved it.

What's great about it: Everything so far.... The screen us Ultra Thin.... There is very little frame to it, it's all Glass...
What's not so great: Mouse and Keyboard, but that is an easy Fix..... The screen does wobble if you use the Touch Screen feature.
I am not a Computer expert in any way. The computers Glass screen is Great. The built in Web Cam is behind the glass. So easy to clean.
The Speed is way beyound by 6 yr old Gateway. It was time to move on. Watching online Movies, all I can say is WOW...
I did buy a Logitech mouse because of what others had said.
The keyboard is a bit smaller than what I want, but I will just get another in time.
All in all, it's a Great Product.
It's like having a TV right on my desk, and again the Glass Screen such a Great Feature. I'm sure in time, most Computer Companies will follow Samsung's lead...

Purchased to replace an 8yr old HP that was extremely reliable. So far I'm very pleased with the Samsung. This is my 1st Samsung computer, but we have 2 Samsung TV's & I know they produce a good product. Set up was extremely easy & it effortlessly found my wireless network. Web pages load very quickly & I like the lack of clutter that comes with a wireless set-up. The mouse seems a little small & less comfortable than my last one, but that's a minor issue. Sound quality seems about average, but I don't plan on using it to listen to music or watch movies.

What's great about it: Power, speed, HD space, available ports
What's not so great: the mouse sucks but easy to swap out
This is my first all-in-one and by far, it's better than any tower PC I've owned. I love the wireless keyboard but the wireless mouse is a bit hinky. I don't like the two buttons on the left side of the mouse - I sometimes hit them accidentally and it changes how I select items. I've used another mouse instead of the Samsung provided mouse.
The performance is incredibly fast and so easy to use. The ability of the screen to completely lay down flat is cool and helpful for drawing applications. It's like a big awesome laptop. It has 5 USB ports and an HDMI which I like to hook up to my TV. But the power and clarity of the screen is awesome enough to watch movies and play games. Comparable computers were around $1500 and this is the same computer for less money but more bang for your buck. Samsung is just as reputable as the other big names and I am in love!
