What's great about it: Well equipped with great features
What's not so great: Learning unlabeled touch sensitive control buttons.
Looks great, very easy set up, integrated with wifi very easily. Makes wife happy with no visible wires except power cord. Integrated with my wireless printer very quickly. Touch screen is very intuitive and easy to learn.Came with a few nice apps, could use more.
Only negative is that Reward Zone points take months to post.
This product is... Easy to set up and is lightning fast, A nice compact size, A touch screen that works great

What's great about it: Great overall design, easy to setup. Ok software bundle.
What's not so great: Poorly designed screen that wobbles when using touch software which hinders accuracy and consistency. No bluray support
Overall attractiveness is the major influencing factor. This model is recommended because the bump in specifications kinda makes up for what's lacking: No bluray, wobbly screen when using the touch interface, and HHD instead of SSD. It's not a bad PC but it's not very welcoming to beginners, advance users will find it to be very capable.

What's great about it: Graphics, speed and looks
What's not so great: Would be nice to have more USB ports and a firewire port
This computer was very easy to set up. It is stylish, fast and has great graphics. There are 2 HDMI ports and 5 USB ports (1 USB 3.0). There are no firewire or VGA ports. There is a System Recovery disk with the manual, which many computers do not have.l You also have the option of partitioning the disk (it only comes with a C drive). We use the computer for photo editing and office applications, plus watch a lot of video. So far I can't complain about anything. We are using a UPS with the computer to protect it in the event of power outages. I would recommend getting this version of the Samsung over the one with the i3 processor if you can afford it. I think the additional memory and processor capabilities are worth the extra $.

What's great about it: Front load DVD-ROM, Beautiful, Large Touch Screen, Touch screen feature works great!
What's not so great: Would have like a separate graphics card. Screen "bounces" some due to design when tapping on it. Not good if gamer.
Was in the market for a new desktop PC and after looking around, I found the all-in-one PCs. Space saving, bright and user friendly I have been very pleased thus far with my new Samsung. I spent a little more and acquired the Intel Corei5 processor with 8 GB of RAM. FAST... Have not found anything that this computer is slow at yet. Way to go Samsung! Built in speakers have good sound quality. Lay flat feature of the screen is neat but not real useful on a normal computer desk. Would have liked a couple of USB ports on the front (to match the DVD-RW drive. Overall, well made PC with a fast processor, trusted brand and easy to set up and get connected...

What's great about it: Good balance of Value for the money
What's not so great: Message to install bloatware from time to time
I've replaced 21" iMac for this 23". 2" makes a big difference and it is a perfect size for doing normal home and office needs. 27" is too big when using as a desktop unless you are doing graphics and drawings (you need more than 30" for that purpose).
I used Macbook, iPad, iPhone, and iMac for 2 years but ended up coming back to Windows. Mac has lot of fluff and redundant way of doing things but not better and confusing at times. Maybe our family is too used to Windows.
Anyway, I did lots of comparisons and read reviews before buying this A-I-O computer. Having used it for couple of months - I would buy it again. Only thing I don't like is their bloatware (it reminds to me to install from time to time).

What's great about it: Pretty much everything
What's not so great: Stock speakers
Was hesitant at first about buying this. I used PCs and then switched to Macs and decided that i should switch back to PC since it could run more programs that I needed. This computer is absolutely great.
The only thing that I would point out negatively is the built in speaker system. If you're an audiophile then you're going to probably want to use an external system (ie. Bose, etc.). Other then that the whole system is sleek and performs like a champ. It hasn't glitched on me and i dont regret the switch back to PC

What's great about it: Easy to set up, instantly picked up both wireless network and wired lan connection
What's not so great: Remote connections are slow due to most business computers using smaller displays/monitors.
Fast and fairly easy to learn Samsung programs. Large flat screen display gives excellent graphics. Processer is very fast. No tower makes it easier locate entire unit but hard drive is not built into display. So far only drawback is that it takes a long time to access the internet from an email link. Have not utilized the touch screen feature.

What's great about it: speed, looks
What's not so great: placement of the DVD drive, USB rather than bluetooth keyboard/mouse
I like the all-in-one design, no tower or cables to mess with. I don't like the placement of the DVD drive. I like to have my keyboard centered to the screen, which means I have to move it every time I want to either load or eject a disk. That can be annoying.
I also don't like the fact that one of the USB ports has to be used for the wireless keyboard and mouse. I should think that bluetooth would have been a better way to go.
I don't use the feature that allows you to lay the screen down horizontally, so I can't really speak about it. I don't have much use for the touch-screen capabilities either - but if you somehow get a drop of liquid on the screen it reads it as touch and will start doing things you didn't intend.
I don't mean for this review to sound negative; all of the issues I've mentioned are minor and to my mind are made up for by the relative ease of use and the fact that this computer has a pretty small footprint, all things considered.
It doesn't come loaded - as do many other computers - with tons of useless software, and I like that.
The Samsung "apps" could be better written, including the user manual (which is on the hard drive).
I don't at all regret my purchase, and would buy it again.

I was very excited when I got this computer. My first touch screen! However, it crashes (blue screen) about once a week and about once a day the touch interface would go crazy. Random windows would rapidly open, close, etc. without even touching the screen. The only remedy was to turn the touch screen function off which defeated the purpose of paying a premium for this computer. I purchased a warranty from Geek Squad but their Web site would not even work even though it kept saying that it would email me a password. I also contacted Samsung and I would have to pay to ship the computer to them to have it fixed. Very poor product.

What's great about it: The compact size is wonderful
What's not so great: Without tech support, I'm not sure if the touch screen is working properly - I have to punch it pretty hard!
I'm extremely displeased that I could not get geek squad (the computer was too new and not in the system). I called the local store for a geek question, unforturnatly I did not get an answer, and I did not get the call back. It's been a month now.
Mostly, I'm very unhappy with the rewards zone/customer service 1-800- best- buy service. I even wrote an e-mail to the "contact us". The automated "don't respond to this automated e-mail" did not give me anything more than the frustration I have experienced on the phone and in the store. Oh please give me a human being that cares.
It's ironic that I "may" be able to post this unsatisfactory response to the public, but I cannot get the simple rewards zone card activated or any person in the store or on the phone to help with this process. BTW, it's been a good year now trying to do the reward zone. And yes, I've probably finished purchasing merchandise from Best Buy. Products great. Service - not so much. Service is important to me.

What's great about it: Fast, huge screen, ease of use, very little bloatware
What's not so great: Very sensitive touch screen, tricky mouse
If you are a gamer, I would suggest that you look into buying a regular desktop computer and upgrading it yourself. All-in-one's are not easy to upgrade, and are more for regular home and business use. The i5 processor is perfect for general multi-tasking and working at home. It has more than enough speed, thanks to 8GB of RAM, to take on most programs. One nice component is the front-loading DVD-ROM. Most all-in-one's load from the side, which is a bit awkward to me. I am also a big fan of the screen. While I was leary of buying a touch screen (one more component that could break), Samsung has made it more of a choice to use than Toshiba or Lenovo. There isn't a single program on this cimputer that needs to be run through touch screen. It is very sensitive, however. I coughed one time, and it activated the screen. The side buttons on the mouse are also very sensitive, and have tripped me up a few times. After searching and searching, this computer had everything I wanted. So far, I am very happy with my purchase.

What's great about it: Styling. Easy to move, minimal junk SW installed
What's not so great: Will let you know if i find anything.
I originally purchased a Toshiba all in one, you can see my review of it on this site. Needed HDMI out and the Samsung was about the only one i could find. BTW it works great, Connected to my old Sony with no problem, Screen is fabulous, clarity is best I have seen, typical Samsung. The touch controls for brightness, volume and DVD eject on the front top of the DVD housing work fine but are a bit difficult for my old eyes to see and fat fingers to touch.
I need to comment on getting connected on my home network, I'm no novice and Windows 7 makes joining a network simple but I still spent the better part of over two days trying to get this Samsung and a new HP laptop to talk to each other. To keep it short, Norton anti-virus was the problem. Even after trying every config it offered. Solution, removed Norton and both machines have joined the network and will talk to each other now. Not blaming Samsung for that. It's the same old bloated complicated overkill typical of Norton that caused me to quit buying their products years ago.

What's great about it: Lots of memory.
What's not so great: No faults so far.
I have had this computer now for a couple of months. Have found no faults with it. Almost as easy to set up as a laptop. I use it mainly for storing and editing photos. I did install my old Microsoft Digital Image Suite Anniversary Edition software for editing. It works great on this computer...really fast!
The Grandkids love it for playing their favorite online games, too.
Also love the Windows 7 Features!
Really don't use the touchscreen very much, but may use it more in the future.

What's great about it: It is gorgeous!
What's not so great: I have not found anything wrong with it!
I didn't need a laptop, but also didn't want the bulk of a desktop computer. I went to Best Buy just looking at laptops and the salesman showed me the all in one models...I knew right away that this is what I was wanting and just had to make a decision as to what brand I wanted to buy. I went with the Samsung because I liked the style and clarity of the monitor. So far I have loved it! I love the touch screen. It takes some getting used to but it is simple. I hope this computer will last me a long long time.
