What's great about it: Simple install, keeps iPod secure, very slim and lightweight.
What's not so great: The price. It doesn't feel like it should cost this much.
Everything about this case is just great, except the price in my opinion. It is very slim and snaps right onto the iPod in less than a second. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to remove it though. It really does keep the iPod secure and you don't have to worry about it falling out of the case. I found that pulling my iPod from the speaker area helped remove the case. The design is nice and the color matches white iPods very well. That is why I bought this case to match my iPod. The only thing I do not like about this is the price. The actual case feels like it is not a $23-$30 product. It feels more like a $10-15 case. I do think the price for this should come down. It is very slim and almost as light as a feather and just feels like it should cost a little less.
Overall I do think this is a very nice case. The color is bright and it installs so easy that it didn't even have to come with any paperwork. The only thing that was in the Skullcandy pack was the case itself. Oh I will also say that the package it comes in is pretty stylish too. Skullcandy is good at doing that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: lightweight, sturdy, easy to apply
I bought this case for my sister's new iTouch (4th generation) and it is amazing. It's a sturdy case but still lightweight and thin so it does not take away from the iTouch's new slim design.
A major plus is that you do not have to take off this case if you want to dock your iPod and it does not slip off at all. It is easy to apply and immediately clicks securely onto your iPod. It is only a back piece which threw me off at first but it is all that is needed since the new iTouch seems to have an improved screen which gets minimal scratches.
I will definitely be buying this again when I buy my own new iTouch!
