What's great about it: works
What's not so great: didn't come with a hot model to install it.
Installed quickly right out of the box. I snapped my Kinect on as the instructions stated, adjusted ot for my older LCD and was ready to go.

What's great about it: Set & forget adjustment.
What's not so great: I got nothing.
Honestly, how many times is it "kinda" what it should be? This holds the Kinect firmly and looks good too. Perfect color/gloss match to Kinect sensor (also to tv - bonus). Easy to mount and easy to unmount. No one thinks about un-mounting something like this. No tape to hold it in place. Remove it, connect to back of wall mounted tv, replace Kinect. Its that easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Very useful
What's not so great: Could break easily
This is a very good way to place your Kinect in a good spot on top of your TV... Very useful. Adjusts to any type of TV surface.

What's great about it: Easy to set up, not too pricey, works as intended.
What's not so great: Could see it breaking if you forcefully bend it the wrong way, or something. Not really a sensible con, though.
I've had no problems with this device. I put it on the TV and clipped the Kinect to it. It's very secure. The Kinect has better functionality now that it's higher up (I am a tall person, it's better around my eye level). The product also extends to clip onto thicker TVs - I had no use for this feature but I can see how it would be helpful. The price was fair for this product, I guess.

What's not so great: Does not adjust to my flat sharp aquos 60" tv
The tech at the store told me that it will fit any flat screen tv. but it is not true. I have a sharp aquos- 60 inches and it does not adjust to the tv. It might work for some tv's but not mine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

we have a super thin Samsung TV so we were concerned about this working with that. Turned out to work perfectly. Now Kinect can see our feet :]

This is THE kinect mount for on top of a flat screen.
Puts all those other "mounts" that screw into the back of your tv to shame.

Doesn't get as simple by design as this but it works Perfect. Anyone giving this a bad review must not have had a good childhood, angry at the world perhaps? Sturdy, strong and not a single complaint. And priced right.

This product is great and does exactly what is says it does. If feel flimsy and cheap but most people are not rough with their tv so I would not expect this to get broken.
I mounted this to my new 55" LG tv. My tv is mounted on the rocket fish low-profile tilting wall mount for 26" to 40" flat-panel tvs. The tv can be parallel to the wall or tilted down with this mount. Do not expect to be able to tilt the tv up when standing and playing Kinect with this mount and tv combo. The bottom of my tv is 29 inches from the floor and it is a great location for watching from the couch or when standing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Easy to install, great price
What's not so great: It didn't come with the Kinect as an accessory
The finish on the plastic matches the Kinect and my TV perfect. It's hard to tell that it is a separate part. The detents of the bracket are extremely tight so there's very little chance of the mount moving once you have it set. For the price, I doubt there is a better alternative.

If you have a small playing space and often have to move the furniture back to create just enough room, this mount may solve your oroblems if you presently have your Kinect on your entertainment center rather than on top of your HDTV. Seemingly, considering the Zoom Kinect shrinker gadget to tighten its line of sight was my only option. This moubt placed on top of my 50" gave me another 6" of depth and maybe an additional 3'-5' field of view to create the perfect play spot. No issues with any Kinect game now and saves myself another $30 NOT having to buy Zoom. It just works!

What's great about it: Easy installation, great price, sturdy.
What's not so great: Can't think of anything.
As stated by my nickname, not to handy around the house. But I can say this product works as designed and was able to have installed and using within 5 minutes. I have a 46in LED Sony Bravia TV and it fits perfectly. Rubber cushions on both pieces that contact the TV. I was a little woried about the sensor working, as I have the TV ontop of my stereo cabinet. So the actual height of the sensor is a little over 6 feet tall. But it worked perfectly, I even think better than when I had it sitting in front of tv at about 4 feet. Would strongly recommend this product.

It will work, and I got mine to work, and it is ok, but far from meant for an edgelit, LED HDTV. May not work with every TV too, but I cant imagine you cant fine a way to get it mounted.
I got it rigged to my TV and it works, so I am fine with it. I would still recommend it.

What's great about it: Easy setup, reasonable price
What's not so great: Does not physically bolt to the TV
I had been considering a few other Kinect TV mounts that bolt to the back of flat screens, and when I had almost made up my mind, I saw this one, and I don't regret it. It's a small package, it's easy to adjust, and it only took three or four different test fits on my Sony TV to get the Kinect sensor to sit level and solid.
I would question it's usefulness on a TV that's mounted to a wall and is moved and readjusted all the time, but for one that doesn't ever move, this is a great mount for the price, size, and setup.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Mounts Easily on top of 65" plasma.
What's not so great: M$ did not include the mount with Kinect
This mount fits perfect on top of my 65" Panasonic Plasma. My TV is sitting on top of a console so the kinect sensor is now 6 foot up in the air. I was worried the kinect sensor would be too high and not work right. I was completely surprised it works better than it ever has. The kinect sensor is now very responsive and even works with my 3 year old niece. This thing is worth 20 bucks.

What's great about it: Size, easy install, solid, looks goods

I picked up this mount at my local best buy for my Kinect. It is very easy to install and convenient . I looked at all the different mounts available and this is the best one in my opinion.
The clip has a few rubber pieces installed in order to avoid scratching your TV. I have a Samsung 40" LED and it fits just perfect, the glossy finish also matches the kinect perfectly. The clip is adjustable so it can be used in many types of TVs. The clip feels pretty solid. Also, the Kinect is well secured.
Keep in mind this same product is available at amazon for a lower price but some of the vendors are not really legit, many people are getting cheaply made units, or maybe I should say cheap copies. I bought it at Best Buy just to make sure I get the real thing approved by Microsoft. $20 is not too bad for a good mount in my opinion.
I added some pictures. Unfortunately, the flash on my cell phone affects the image quality but the mount does match the Kinect's finish.
