What's great about it: Price and good product
good price, great service, handles full loads very well, very quiet, bought the rubber feet, hardly hear the washer and no sound from dryer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like my washer/dryer... And certainly for the price you aren't really going wrong, but the rinse cycles are COLD WATER ONLY. There is no warm rinse option. Also, the "Large" load setting doesn't fill up all the way for some reason. But I live alone and I use it about once a week. The dryer does kick-butt, I always keep it on low heat and even the heaviest sweats are dry in less than 30 minutes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's not so great: Washer fell off balance and began shaking violently after 25 minutes from installation. Large footprint.
