What's great about it: easy to use, easy to assemble
What's not so great: the power cord is kind of short, needs a storage bag or osmething for the attachments
This mop was recommended to me by 2 people. They weren't wrong that it's a good mop. It's cleans well, and I'm glad I'm not using chemicals. The power cord is kind of short, so you have to plan ahead as to where you will plug it in once you run out of slack. Also, there are quite a few attachments that come with it, which is great, but I had to find my own bag to put them in so I can keep them together.

What's great about it: Hand held, not like other competitive brands
What's not so great: needs a shoulder strap, you need one free hand to move stuff while you clean!
I bought the h2o steamer after receiving recommendations from friends and relatives and the fact I don't have to use chemicals to clean the house. I had higher expectations for the h2o steamer but it still comes in handy with cleaning limescale from tight spots, deodorizing the carpet and cleaning the floors . I would've wanted the machine actually feel a bit more sturdy, the cloths gets too wet pretty quickly (when hand-held) leaving excess water on the counter. Definitely the package should include a shoulder strap, my package didn't have it and it's annoying having to place the steamer on the counter while you have to move stuff away. So far haven't had the change to test whether it will really take off ex. wine from the carpet so testing continues.

I love cleaning with this. My kids love it too! I have cleaned the caulking around the toilet and sinks with ease. It mops great ! It may not be perfect but for the price I think its great!

Altogether, this appliance is great,except for the following:
1. Leaves pools of water,though I tried several levels of switch.

What's not so great: Full handle is weak at joints, nylon brush wears quickly
Overall an excellent steam cleaner. Only complaint is the nylon brush tip has worn quickly from cleaning tile grout joints. Satisfied with purchase.

I have used this product multiple times. I originally was skeptical to buy it because of some review I have read, but all the negative reviews are wrong. This is a product that gives you everything it says it will and if it does not work correctly it is either a defective model or you didn't take time to read the directions to use it correctly. DO not listen to negative reviews. Buy this product to replace your traditional mop. Worse case scenario you return it to best buy for a full refund if you don't like it.

I love this product but some stain won't come out even if high heat steam. I have two children and one dog, so now I don't need to worry about hash chemical to clean floor!

I had original H2O mop for years it finally just stopped steaming. loved it so much when it needed to be replaced I purchased the same one, but a little disappointed when I put it together. when you push it across the floor the handle and pole bend. But glad to see they made the wire longer.

What's great about it: Best Buy let me return it.
I read a lot of reviews for this product and steam mops in general. The reviews were mixed for this model. I tried it because Best Buy would allow me to return the mop if not satisfied. The construction is too flimsy even at this price. So if you are reading reviews and having a hard time deciding - SKIP this steam mop.

Very inconvenient. Even though it's not real heavy, trying to hold the body of the unit with one hand and clean windows with the wand in the other hand is very awkward - almost impossible. Cleaned tile floor o.k., but not grout. Didn't clean dark ring around drain in sink even with the brush attachment.. Looked great on T.V., but didn't work nearly that well.

I was pleasantly surprised and favorably impressed. It was easy to assemble and easy to use. I haven't put it to a full test yet, but I couldn't believe how dirty the pad was the first time I used it on my wood floors in the kitchen. I've also used it as a handheld in the shower and toilet, also did a good job. I purchased a plastic box with a snap on lid for all of the attachments, otherwise it would be too easy to lose or misplace them

What's great about it: It’s easy to use and heats up really quick.
What's not so great: It can be cumbersome when you remove the handle to use the other attachments.
Although, it’s primary use is for cleaning floors, that’s the one thing it doesn’t do very well. The commercial makes it seems like floors are restored to new. Not so. If you have old floors they will not get much cleaner with this than if you used a mop and a bucket.
And when i used the attachment for my carpet, I didn’t really notice the stains dissappearing as much as i noticed a stiffening of my carpet in that area.
But all the accessories are great for other household uses. It’s great in the bathroom for cleaning the sink, tub and toilet. It’s also pretty good at cleaning windows and mirrors. It’s not the best steamer for clothes. But then again, i might have had the steam up too high. My shirt just needed up wet.
I’m still pleased with it and keep coming up with new uses for it.
