Failed within 10 minutes of use

What's great about it: Price
What's not so great: Everything else
I purchased this device for us on a road trip (while heading out on the trip). I had it going and then it failed 10 minutes after we started using it....leaving me with a defective player for a 3.5 hour drive with my kids. I replaced it with a different brand as soon as I could and that one worked great!
When I got the replacement, I also found an awesome car mount that places the player between all 3 kids so there wasn't any fighting over who got to hold it.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
