What's great about it: Easy to apply to any clean surface. and works fast- overpaints well too.
What's not so great: Do NOT overspray. You WILL 'seal' whatever it touches.
I had 2 uses for it right away: a leaky downspout which kept vibrating the metal screw loose from the gutter, and a leaking decorative ceramic planter (it has a 5' tall Ficus in it). I sprayed it around the downspout while holding it in place. It will never leak there again. I grabbed it and vibrated it like mad after a 20-minute wait and it stayed put. While doing that I accidently sprayed a little on the cedar facia which the gutter is attached to. It absolutely will never come off, so make sure you only spray around something where that won't matter, or shield the surroundings. The ceramic planter (which my wife can't live without) was leaking from the inside through a crack which was nearly invisible from the outside. I sprayed it all along the crack on the inside, painted over it to roughly match the color of the inside, put the plant back in, and watered it again. There was no waiting, and it sealed perfectly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: stopped the leak in our Sky Window
we had a problem with a sky window leaking when it rained. After using, and the rain came, no leak whatsoever. It lasts about one year, then we are good for another year
