What's great about it: The fact that it has a large hard drive capacity and comes with a top game.
What's not so great: Would be nice to have a little more like an extra controller or a Monet card.
Overall decent price for the machine especially when it is hard to find a machine with a 320 gb hard drive as a stand alone. The game is a plus.

What's great about it: Great graphics and will handle all your gaming, DVD's and Netflix/Amazon Prime
What's not so great: Some apps arent so easy to find and get installed.
I just moved into the console age and got myself a PS3 and I went for the bundle since the bundle including the game was the same price as the 320GB system without a game. The PS3 is great just like I knew it would be and at least I can watch my Netflix, Amazon Prime videos, and play DVD's all in one place unlike on my roomates Wii.
Uncharted was a great game and I had a good time playing it through the first time. It was a good example of just what the PS3 is capable of and now that I have some sort of system that is capable of good graphics (my good computer died a few years back) I am going back and getting to play through Oblivion and Skyrim both which also show the great capabilities of the PS3 system.
All in all I am pleased with the PS3 and it has been fairly easy to use. I will say that getting to some of the apps for like Netflix and Amazon Prime videos wasn't quite as easy and straightforward as I think it should be but it was ok.

This replaced my old PS3 which got a lot of use and lasted about 6 years before it wouldn't read discs anymore. Hopefully this one will last as long and the game is great too.

What's great about it: Great combo of a gaming system and a bluray player
What's not so great: Xbox 360 has more features and is a better overall gaming system.
I told myself I would eventually buy a PS3 after the price went down after owning a Playstation 2 for so many years before it when the new console cycle started. I bought a 360 for this cycle at first, but finally decided to get a PS3 due to the fact that I needed a Blu Ray player. It was worth the purchase and is a great gaming device as well.

What's great about it: Blu-ray, Streaming, Games
PS3 is a solid performer for entertainment. It does a variety of things very well and the slim form factor makes it easy to take to a friends house and play. I use it for blu-ray movies, netflix & amazon streaming, and games.

What's great about it: Love the games and that it has a blu-ray player.
What's not so great: The online is a little slow in downloading updates
I couldn't wait to get a PS3 and I am so happy with mine! I do wish there was more a selection of games like the Xbox360. Other than that I am happy I made the choice to go with the PS3.

What's great about it: Fast start up and large storage
What's not so great: Storage size is not accurate
I love this system. I previously had the original 40GB PS3. I bought it used and it lasted for 4 years but when it finally quit it was almost just as cheap to just buy a new system. So I was excited that the new systems had such a larger hard drive space I went with the Uncharted 320GB PS3 bundle. I love the game and very much enjoy the system. My only problem is that when they say 320GB I didn't know that they meant brand new straight out of the box I would only have 263GB free. That is my only complaint about the system though. I have not had it freeze up for have long loading times so overall it was a great buy just frustrating being lied to about hard drive size.

was sick and tired of paying for online with 360. what got me was when i had to have a gold membership for netflix. i traded in my 360 and never looked back. i enjoy the ps3 way more then i did my 360 when i first got it. i am happy to be back in as a playstation person.

What's great about it: Does everything I want and more. One of the best Blue Ray players on the market.
What's not so great: No support for IR or IP based remote controls out of the box.
Bought this as a replacement for my aging but still running launch day PS3. Getting the 3D ability is nice and for the price minus the gamers $50 coupon for the 320GB and game package is icing on the cake.
Ding on functionality is the pain of integrating with a universal remote as it can't seemingly be done without an add-on like the harmony PS3 box or other similar units.

I needed to replace my original PS3. I was looking at the 160GB PS3, just because it was a little less expensive. The Best Buy employee talked to me and pointed out the 320GB PS3 that came with Uncharted 3, for $50 more. He then pointed out that I could resale the Uncharted 3 game to Best Buy for $20 or $25. So basically he pointed out that I could get another 160GB of space for another $25. Heck of a deal. Appreciated the employee's assistance, very much. Plus, it was pleasant to talk to him. I rarely have an interaction with an employee at this store (Olathe, KS off Strangline Rd) that isn't pleasant and very helpful.

What's great about it: Nothing compared to the previous FAT PS3
What's not so great: Everything except fan noise
Attempted for as long as I could to continue to use the old FAT PS3, purchasing a refurbished console from Sony on several occasions (due to YLOD fault caused by Sony's design flaw, which they took no responsibility in repairing through out the years). Finally got tired of handing over $150/year to Sony and purchased this slim version. This is an example of how these corporations only have their own pocket book in mind. Slim design looks cheap compared to the FAT but i suppose that is not important. Basically no indicator led's other than power and hard drive, only two usb inputs, Extremely noisy BD drive, the rattle it causes while reading is unbelievable. They say that it uses the same processing power but this system seems to freeze for a few seconds trying to process the data. Even takes an extra 5 seconds to detect the controllers. Other than the fan noise which improved in this version due to the smaller fan that it uses to cool the cheaper 45nm processor , i would stay clear from the Slim. Stick to your FAT as long as it works. Sony engineers must be working tirelessly to come up with a design for the new PS4 with half the quality of the Slim. Please Apple, get into the video game business and show these manufacturers how to build a real console.

This will be the 3rd PS3 i have bought. The very first one i bought i gave to my colleague as a wedding present. The second one(the one i currently have) will go to my son. The first 2 PS3s only had 120gb though so this one should be a lot better for memory. Aside from that, i can also store extra DLCs and downloaded games. I only buy sony ps3 products even if i have an xbox 360 elite at home. There's too much drama on the xbox live network plus they charge just to play online....no thanks.

We really cannot complain at all. The system has so many applications that are simple for both adult and children to operate. Whether you are a gamer, movie/music collector, or just trying to get a device to serve multiple purposes this is the item for you.

What's great about it: Graphics, Blu-ray, Great Price, Longer life (typically) than Xbox
What's not so great: No way to transfer downloads from PS3 with YLOD to new PS3
This is our second PS3 and we purchased this because our first PS3 (which lasted almost 5 yrs) had the YLOD. The PS3 Uncharted 3 Bundle is the best value for the PS3 gaming system. The 320 GB and the game alone are worth at least $100. Plus you get a Blu-ray player and great graphics. The only down side to the PS3 that I find is that compared to the Xbox online play, the transfer of the "gamer tags" and previously downloaded material from the PS3 is not transferable from a PS3 that has the YLOD. So I recommend that if you have a PS3 that is old and you download a lot of material, I suggest you get a flash drive and back it up before your old PS3 dies. Otherwise, all the money you spent on downloads is lost forever. Hope this review helps.
