What's great about it: very easy setup, battery life good, separate volume controls for the voice/game
What's not so great: accepts interference very easy, very slight delay add, durablitly could be better
i had to return them to best buy because if your like me you have a cordless phone, a router, and other tech thats on the 2.4g frequency. if you get these keep in mind 1. keep them out of the same area as anything else or you will get them cutting out alot. 2. keep in mind if you are hard core gamer that there is a delay..very slight.. but enof for someone that likes to game alot to notice. I switched to the wired version and ran cables to the couch. but even then then mic gave out after 4 months. i really did like being able to have separate volume controls for the voice/game though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: The Audio Quality, Live Chat Feature, Wireless
Let me first start off by saying that I have never really purchased a refurbished product in the past. Not that I have anything against it, I was just always afraid of the quality of the product I would be receiving. I purchased the Turtle Beach - Refurbished Ear Force X31 Headset for Xbox 360 at the end of November for my brother and husband so that they could use the Live Chat feature. They LOVED it!! They ranted and raved so much about how great it was that I went out and bought myself, along with 3 other family members the same headset for Christmas. This product was extremely easy to use and the quality is amazing. Almost a month and a half later with daily use I, as well as everyone else in family, have no problems with it. I will be ordering two more this week for my nephews. Great product
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have owned Turtle Beach before and have decided to upgrade. I bought the refurbished model to save some money and they worked great for me. I am extremely happy with the quality and the fact that i saved some money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Amazing quality and sound
What's not so great: Got uncomfortable after 6 hours of use
These headphones are the best. I love playing Call of Duty and when I use these headphones, I can hear every enemy and take them down before they even know it. I was skeptical because they are refurb, but the price was right and they are just like new.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: wireless
What's not so great: audio quality
i bought this headset on 11/8 and as time goes by the problems get worse. when i first got the package the plastic case they came in was cracked and looked like it had been smashed. i understand they are refurbished but when i look at them i can tell that the right ear pad had been replaced but the left side obviously hadn't been. the first couple of days i had them they worked flawlessly! thats when the popping, cracking and skipping in audio started to happen. i went and bought a new set of energizer batterys and it stopped doing it so often. i know the set says up to 20 feet but i am barely sitting 6 to 8 feet. im not trying to make turtle beach seem bad but i don't think the refurb version of this model would be the way to go. if i could go back i would spend the extra 50 for the new pair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
