What's great about it: It's advanced
What's not so great: Nothing so far
Nice for bagels, cool to the touch, looks great, and the tongs are pretty sweet too. Great buy, well worth it. And the toaster is protected too with cool to the touch outside and the heating elements are protected with mica strips so you can not electrify yourselves. I'm a Mechanical Engineer who works for Wolf Appliance, this gets my 2 thumbs up
I would recommend this to a friend!
