This machine took 4 weeks to get delivered, and after much anticipation, it got to my place Defective!
Quite the nightmare I had with Bestbuy, trying to get the technicians back at my place to make it work, and then was just told it was bad luck to receive a defective machine. (No kidding, sherlock!)..
The dryer had a broken pilot, which means no heat came out of it.. meaning wet clothes! If this machine was broken before I even used it, there was no way I was going to keep it or order the same one..
Stay away.. I'm going over to Kenmore now, hoping it turns out better!

What's great about it: Fits in a small space and is a good value.
What's not so great: Remember that small size means more loads.
This is a small washer/dryer that is good for one large or two small people. It's well designed, works great, isn't noisier than a larger unit, and does not "walk" if loaded evenly. I had a 27" space, the unit is 24" wide. I did not have many choices and I am happy with it. Get a larger unit if you have the space because the load size is proportionally small.
I would recommend this to a friend!
