What's great about it: Great battery compacity for the price.
What's not so great: No cable surge protector.
I ordered this yesterday, and it arrived today by 10am. I chose free standard shipping. Great job buy.com
Product seems okay, it is charging now. It has a feature to connect via USB to a computer, the UPS will notify the computer of an outage and safely shut it down saving your work.
If the product fails me during an outage I will update my review, but it looks like a solid product with a 3 year warranty. The connections for the battery seem high quality, and the the battery seems of the same high quality as well.
One downfall I seem to notice is that it doesn't have a surge protector for my cable line, but it does have one for a phone line.
