What's great about it: Sound
What's not so great: I can't see the LED red arrows very well if using outside
This is a great little speaker for the price and delivers wonderful sound.

What's great about it: Good sound in a small form factor
What's not so great: Power-save mode, buttons
I was wanting a small speaker for work that I could use with my phone without having a ton of wires on my desk. This speaker is great for portable use, but if you are planning on keeping this on your desk, it has several issues and you should look at the Logitech Wireless Boombox or another bluetooth speaker.
First, it goes into power save mode after 30 minutes of non-use even if it is plugged in and charging. The only way to wake it up is to physically unplug it and flip the switch off and on. So if you use this at work you have to do this at least twice a day - in the morning and after lunch. The manual is virtually non-existent and the "invisible" buttons are a pain to use. (You have to press the button twice - once to make it light up, and once to actually activate the button)
It does have good quality sound for it's size and is a good option for a mobile speaker, but unless you have a specific need for a speaker this small I would recommend spending the extra money for the larger Logitech Wireless Boombox.

What's great about it: Sound quality for the size, portability, ease of use

After much searching for something that sounds really nice but is also portable, I found this after looking on the logitech website. I was looking at the S715i Speaker, but was hesitant about the dock and the stand feature. I knew it sounded good though. The bluetooth takes care of the docking issues and it is a more stable unit for sure! Setting up the bluetooth was a breeze with my Ipod touch and my Mac, and the distance is suitable for my needs. Mostly I am amazed by the sound quality coming from something so teeny! It is about the size of a 15 oz. can, if that gives you an idea. The sound is clear and the bass pretty deep and it will fit in my activity tote for therapy groups! It may not be loud enough for the gym at the hospital, but will work for group rooms. I can't comment on the mic feature, since I have no need for it. I do wish it came with a little protective case, but I can make my own. This is a must buy!
