Have not had it long but so far it seems to work well. I can print easily from my phone or ipad without any connection problems and I didn't have to add any apps. Overall a good all-in-one for the price.

What's great about it: It was relatively easy to setup and prints very nicely.
What's not so great: Wish it had a feature to turn on automatically when you send to print. Have to be nearby to turn on.

What's great about it: Easy setup, great features,good price
What's not so great: A bit thirsty
This is a replacement for a less than 2 year old mx882 that I luckily purchased an extended warranty. The 882 was great for everything I do, print, fax, and scan, but it lost the ability to connect wirelessly for some reason. This one does everything the other one did and I like it but did purchase another extended warranty

Easy to set up. Works great from our phones. Prints fairly quickly for an ink jet. Makes decent pictures, too. I'd recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable printer.

What's not so great: Nothing bad about it
This is the best printer I have ever had. There are so many features on it. It is great for a small business as my wife had recently started. I love how you can just insert your camera SD card and view the pictures right on he LCD screen and print from there.

What's not so great: Haven't discovered a negative yet.
We fax less than 5 times a year, make very few pictures and print only on average a sheet a day. So, the price I paid made this a good deal for my use.

What's great about it: Simple to use
What's not so great: Installation software took a long time to load
I like this printer a lot. I had an HP and this one is much better. It is easy to use and I don't do a lot of printing so it is pretty self explainatory on how to operate it, even if it has been over a month since the last time you used it.

What's great about it: Good price
What's not so great: I is supposed to work with Windows XP. It does not.
This is a good printer at a good price, however do not buy it if your operating system is Windows XP. It won't work. I was unable to install the drivers after hours on the phone to Canon, Microsoft and Dell. Each company blamed the other and were willing to fix it if I payed a fee that was as much as I payed for the printer. I tried to take the printer back, but was told I was outside of the 15 day return policy. I had to take my computer to a local computer guy to upgrade to Vista and now the printer installs and works fine.

What's great about it: Air printers can be used with IPad and iPhone.
I needed to replace a printer that died and found this one on sale. It was easy to set up and easy to use. The photos are great.

What's not so great: Stopped working after two weeks
I initially bought this printer thinking that I would use it just for photos, and occasionally actual documents. I very quickly realized that the duplex printing was an awesome feature that saved quite a bit of heart-ache. Everything was great until it suddenly stopped working two weeks after purchase. I returned it and purchase another model Canon printer.

It works well and is very easy; the paper cartridge and secondary slot which I use for envelopes are nice features, and once it gets going, the print speed for the quality of output is very good, but, even to print a simple document, it can take a couple of minutes to get printing.

What's great about it: Good price, Compact design for all functions, wireless
What's not so great: A little complicated to set up
This printer does it all. Scans, copies, fax, photo printing, eco option to save ink, and wireless. Probably one of the smaller sized copiers available that have all the functions. My set up with the disk took some time but that may have been my fault for being computer illiterate.
