most suckish game of all time they never should have made this game all the other halo games were good except for this one but only playing as master chief was ok.if you get this game it will not be worth it trust me.
What's great about it: only master chief NOTHING else!!!!!
What's not so great: everything!!!!

A great game for x-box. The Flood was in the game too often that it made the game a bit difficult and claustrophobic.
What's great about it: price, playability, graphics
What's not so great: made me nauseous.

I'm behind times just catching up grabbed this just a month ago and enjoy game play. Graphics not as good as Halo3 and Reach. Always something better around the corner when you buy older games.
What's great about it: Great for it's time

Set shortly after Halo, Halo begins with human survivors from the first Halo being awarded and Covenant survivors being publically tortured. And then the awsome happens: one of the prophets takes a fleet of Covys and attacks Earth. This is what we've been waiting for: to fight for and on Earth. And we do! The player goes through a few streets, along a beach, across a bridge, and through a few more streets. After that: the prophet; named Regret; attempts to escape but of course a small ship; accompied by the Cheif; chases after him. That is seriously all you do on Earth. Meanwhile, the leader of the fleet of Covys from the first Halo is granted the task of the Arbiter; basically a suicide mission commander rank. So you play as the Cheif and the Arbiter. Both sides eventually meet up at another Halo, the Arbiter's race discovers the truth of the Forerunners and sides up with the humans, and cliffhanger. My main complaint is that the game feels too much like a board game. And there's also this weird glitch were when your'e playing, a silloutte wil pop up on your POV. Its VERY annoying. Fortunatly though- Halo 2 has online multiplayer, or so it had. On April 14, 2010, XBox LIVE for all origional XBox games was dissconnected. So now its just split-screen multi from now on.
What's great about it: Expands the Halo universe and employs new themes
What's not so great: Plays out like a board game

The game itself is great. Has a good story to it, great sound and good graphics. The game play experience is excellent. There are many items you can pickup and utilize in you journey. Plyers can choose to play in different levels of difficulties. However it lacks the option of co-op mode for the story line on the same console. Two players on the same console have the option to play limited games, such as capture the flag, against each other, but not co-op and go through the whole game together. The biggest drawback to the game is that it take a miracle to play on original XBOX. I went through 3 different brand new Game DVDs and none would play right away on my original XBOX. It always says "DVD unrecognizable" and takes about 50 tries of taking the DVD out and cleaning it and putting it back for it to work, more so at a certain point of the game the message "sorry we can not read from disk" pops up and stop your progress. You have to start all over.
What's great about it: Sound & Graphics and easy to configure characters
What's not so great: DVD dosn't play on original XBOX easily
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got this game when i had my original xbox, and i still use it with my 360. The campain is great, even though it's a little short. The co-op is amazing. I played with my friend for 4 hours straight and never got bored. The graphics are good for the time it was made. I would say the only downside is that it takes a while to load, but that should not matter. I would give this a 9.9 out of 10.

What's not so great: it takes a long time to load

you basically can play as star wars charecters in all the halo video games this seriously is awesome you can also play as tommy lee jones and will smith both from men in black this game seriously is awesome from begining to end this game is full of surprises
What's great about it: you can play as boba fett han solo darth vader darth maul darth sidious and jango fett and darth bane

I recently played through the Halo 2 campaign on my xbox 360. It was my second time and I am still enthralled. This game does deserve some props. BUY IT FROM BEST BUY!

This is the game every Halo fan should buy, although Halo 3 is far better, this is the best Xbox Game ever.
The graphics are awesome, the music is awesome, the storyline continues pretty well, you get to play as the arbiter, you drive all the available vehicles, the weapons are awesome, and you`re Master Chief! Buy it if you don`t have it, and if you do, head over for Halo Wars, Halo 3, and expect Halo 3: ODST!
What's great about it: Everything, Graphics, Dificulty, Length, Online Games
What's not so great: Nothing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This game is truly great and expands a lot of ideas from the Original Halo , the inclusion of the Arbiter is Great but as a whole the game does not live up to the standard of the first one , its not a bad game ...... its just that in my book this game gets a 9.4 while the first one was a 10
What's great about it: Graphics and Online Gameplay were the best for its time
What's not so great: The Cliffhanger ending

This was a great addition to the halo series. The gameplay is great and i would play all day. This also a great prequel to halo 3. This game also added great weapons to the halo series. The useable energy sword was good and the addition of the battle rifle and more accurate weapons(to real life) was very good.
What's great about it: A great sequel to the already amazing halo: combat evolved.
What's not so great: The graphics arent as good as they could be.

This game didnt reach expectations because the campaign is awful compared to the first one but this failure is made up by its sick multiplayer that jumped over the first games by a long shot so i guess because of the multiplayer it is worth the 20 bucks
What's great about it: Multipayer explodes in this game to become great
What's not so great: The campaign is forgetable not very interesting

Halo 2 is one of my favorite games that i have. The graphics and sound were amazing and the overall game was no doubt in my mind extremely fun. The only problem that i had was the difficulty of the game, and the length of the campaign. When I first got the game i immediately started going all out on playing it, and before i even knew it, the game was over leaving me in shock, because i hadn't even finished the first Halo, but I still enjoy it.
What's great about it: Really fun, and i love the newer technology and weapons
What's not so great: The campaign was to me really short and to easy
I would recommend this to a friend!
