What's great about it: Quality, speed, price, ink usage
This was not the printer I had intended to buy when I walked into the store, after doing extensive research, but the sales associate was really working hard to promote it to me. I'm glad he did, because I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

What's not so great: Couldn't use my existing cartridges. Has to use the SETUP ones.
Not a reliable product from get-go. Should get a better version. HP reliability in question

What's not so great: No fax, multi-page scan limitations
Bought this for my vacation home for occasional business and personal use. I liked the size and simplicity, and needed the all-in-one features in a smaller package. Set up was pretty simple and straight forward, connected to wireless network with no problem. A month later I tried to fax a document, and learned it has no fax capability. I know it is my fault for not catching this, but I have purchased a number of printers over the years and didn't realize that a small percentage of the all-in-ones now lack that capability. So check carefully. Another shortfall is that you cannot scan a multi-page pdf document in over 300 dpi. It took me a lot of research to find this out, since the manual doesn't mention it. Since I have had this beyond the 15 day return period, guess I'll give it away and buy what I need.

What's great about it: Very clear prints and pictures & easy to set-up. Sparingly uses ink.
What's not so great: Nothing yet.
I would rate this printer excellent in printing quality for both documents and photos. This printer conserves ink as I am still on the original cartridges after a few weeks and multiple prints.

Printer was very easy to set up to my PC, 2 laptops and 3 phones. Because tht printer is wireless you can but it anywhere and print from anywhere. Print quality is great.

What's great about it: The ease of use and setup. I like the airprint feature, printing via email to it and wifi printing.
What's not so great: Nothing really.
Good bang for the buck.
Easy setup and I liked the fact that no matter where I am at I can print to it since it uses the eprint feature. Apple makes a great app for it so that you can monitor the ink and setup of the printer no matter where you are at.

What's not so great: So far, I have not found any thing that is wrong with it.
I wanted a printer that I could print any documents and good color photos. It works perfect for both. The cartridges last longer and are cheaper. The touch screen is handy and simple to use. When I purchased the printer, I had two sales reps that showed me the variety of printers and the differences and advantages. The HP Photosmart 5520 seemed to have everything that I was looking for. I am very happy with my selection.
