What's great about it: Replacement on spot where original was

What's great about it: Good quality, doesn't take up a lot of space
What's not so great: Tsided printing is a bit clumbsy
We needed a printer that was compatible with PC and iPad. This one fits the bill and has a budget saving price. Getting good print quality and so far a less cost for ink(s).

What's great about it: we-fi, no need for cables
What's not so great: paper tray is a little flimsy and control panel confusing
Went to E-bay as usual and found the printer I wanted but decided to check Best Buy first and they had it on sale at 20.00 less than the lowest price I found on E-bay. Bought it online and picked it up the next day, great way to shop and a really good price.
The printer is easy to use, prints great quality documents and photos and the great thing it is wireless so I can place it in a remote location and use it with both my PC and laptop. Thanks Best Buy for great service.

What's not so great: Sucks up ink like an industrial vacuum cleaner
My old printer died so I wend down to Best Buy to find a new printer. This printer was on sale for a ridiculously low amount, so I bought this after reading the mostly good reviews.
When I first got it, setup was pretty-much foolproof and I got it working within fifteen minutes. However, the color printing with new ink cartridges caused the images to have different lines where a specific color was missing. It fixed itself after re-installing them and cleaning the heads, but new printers really shouldn't have this problem. It also sucks up ink, especially black ink, incredibly fast. And ink isn't cheap.
Even so, this printer is small, extremely fast and it serves its purpose well. I appreciate it, especially at the price I paid.

What's great about it: Fast and easy
What's not so great: Whenever I shut it off, I have to re log-in to my router
I love this printer. Doesn't take up much room. So far, haven't used photo paper, but the regular paper works well-enough for now. Not using it for business but am printing out stuff from my ipad and phone because it is considered an air printer, unlike my Epson workforce at my office. The print cartridges don't cost as much either.

What's great about it: Software install was alot faster than HP's.
Printer was easy to set and quick. It is compact and can be shut off and trays hidden in seconds, and reverse on powerup if you don't want to leave it powered on if you only print infrequently.

What's great about it: Easy to set-up and the panel on the printer is easy to understand
What's not so great: It is a little slow
My LEXMARK printer ran out of ink ... it was one of those free printers, but the ink was soooo expensive $56. This Epson was on sale for $69 and it had WiFi capability. The LEXMARK did not, which I found very annoying. The EPSON XP-400 printer was very easy to set-up and I was able to download an AP to my iPhone that enables me to print from my iPhone. There is a little pop-up panel on the printer that is very easy to use. This would not be a good printer for someone who prints a lot, but it is great for the person who requires the occasional print job. As well, the print quality is great. I had to print a document for my bank that was multi-colored, and the bank manager thought it was the original document. Anyway, for the price this is a great printer. I am just waiting to see how the ink lasts ... so far so good and I have had the printer more than a month now.

I had an HP printer/scanner/copier before this Printer. I used it for many years before it died. But I bought an EPSON LCD projector and I was impressed by the quality of the product. Therefore, I bought an EPSON printer to try. I like it so far. No problems, it prints clean, fast enough for my usage. I am happy with this product and recommend it to others.
