What's not so great: Heating up and crashing, won't fill screen (27 inch LG led)
Installed the card in Sept 2012 on a HP H8-1234 desktop, running 6 core AMD with 10 gigs of RAM. @ weeks after first install it started running hot and running lines on the screen, Those go away after restart. When watching anything on youtube it has a nasty habit of going to black screen and showing pink pixels, need a restart after that even though the other monitor is running fine. for the past 3 months I'm getting Blue screen messages reguarding the video card, all drivers are up to date and AMD support has been less than helpful on a card less than a year old. when it comes to gaming , farcry 3, bioshock infinite, WOW, dead island riptide, assassins creed 3 and Arma 3 Alpha the grapics are great for about an hour or so then you get a flashing white line at the bottom of the screen and the goofy wavy line passing top to bottom, close out the game and the screen is fine. It does not like to be pushed in any sense. I'm going back to Nvidia and grabbing a GeForce GTX 660. I'm all set with this thing.

What's great about it: Size, low noise & price
What's not so great: nothing so far
I've seen lower prices at other venues online, but you pay for what you get when you impulse buy. I upgraded from a XFX HD 6770. I now get get dbl the frame rates while using the same settings from my old card when playing Funcom's "The Secret World". So it gave me room to push the graphics a little more to get better eyecandy. This game&card exemplify's what DirectX11 can do. I wish I had room in my case for two cards!( I'm using a microATX case from Thermaltake). Not a bad upgrade at all....do it!

What's great about it: Already Overclocked, Not very loud
What's not so great: No 2 gig version, Not for a cramped case
One of 2 of my crossfire Sapphire HD5750 went out and when it comes to playing some higher end games, one just was not cutting it. Was going to get a 7870 for about $250 but when I seen this and read the reviews on other sites, I thought I would save the $100 and get this. Scores well under 3DMark 11. Able to run Crysis2 on high with no lag. Under load it sounds no different than at idle. Stays around 26c. I'm very impressed with this card. May get another to run crossfire again. But since not alot of programs use it, I might not and save the money. If you have a mid-tower that is cluttered or smaller, this card maybe to big to fit. Had to think a bit on how to plug in the 6 pin power connection since it's a pretty long card. Overall for the money this is a really good buy.

What's great about it: That it runs everything great.
What's not so great: Not as quiet as I would like.
It is a really good graphics card, sleek and it should run most things easily. I do wish it was quieter but its not a huge deal. Affordability is always a plus and this one is quite affordable. Has a good warranty, dual DVI outputs and is decent when it comes to recording games.

What's not so great: They are big, so a large case makes life easier!
I bought two of these and set them up in Crossfire mode. Wow! they play anything, however if you want to max out every game, opt for cards with 2 GB of memory or more. Two 1GB cards in crossfire is still only 1GB of video memory capacity. For some games and multiple displays, this may not be enough.

What's great about it: Great Value, runs flawlessly (so far, and once you get it to work), and quite
What's not so great: A lot to do, system wise, to get it to work. Hours of research to make it functional.
This card was a real pain in the booty to get it to work for my Windows 8 computer. To disable the current (on-board) graphics card you have to do a lot. You have to go through Safe mode and CMOS settings, and pretty much take a risk of your computer never booting up again. Main reason why i docked it stars.
On the other hand, once it works, it is a great card for it's price and went from 15 fps to 60 fps on Borderlands 2. (1920x1080, 27' monitor, all settings high). Could go higher. The great feature of overclocking is a great touch and the crossfire is great for two monitors/graphics cards.
All in all, great card once it works. Would give it a 3.7

What's great about it: when it worked, great FPS
What's not so great: Crashes, freezes pc
I bought this card to run games in my new system. Ran great by its self. Got an XFX DD Black edition of the same card to crossfire with. This card started BSD over and over. Removed it and pc ran fine. RMA'd it to XFX, got a used card returned to me. This card is just displaying OUT OF RANGE? Called XFX, getting a run around from them. Going back to Nvidia, atleast they work as claimed

I was a little skeptical at first, but after installation & firing this thing up I was amazed. For one it is very quiet & takes up a low power supply consumption. Installation was simple and it runs WOW with ultra settings at about 67FPS avg. I assume it could do more since occasionally I will see it jump to 160FPS, but figure the internet speed or gaming servers may be causing this issue.

What's great about it: Runs Cool, Installation A Breeze, Super Quiet Fan
What's not so great: N/A
I can't think of anything but praise for this video card. I replaced my stock 1GB ATI card with this one and indeed with the DDR5 RAM it's a bunch faster to say the least. Frankly I don't even know when or if the fan is running as it is THAT quiet. As for speed, well any card that can load a re write of a map on Google Earth in literally ONE second impresses me. Now whether it's a HD Youtube video or online programs in HD or I'm working in Photoshop or Lightroom this card just cruises along. I'm not a gamer but understand enough about what this card brings to the table to say it's a good value and does what it is supposed to without drawing attention to itself.

What's great about it: It will run demanding games well
What's not so great: AMD Catalysis issue,
After looking at my options and budget I choose the XFX 7770 card for its price and the options it offered. Was a quick and easy install requires only one six pin power source connector the comparable GeForce is a GT460 which requires two six pin connectors. The 7770 runs Shogun Total War 2, a demanding game rather quite well even on ultra high a sign of a real good card, only complaint is there is a bit of a software issue with the catalyst a trait of AMD, but it works fine, will by a second soon and run in cross fire.

What's great about it: Besg card I have had so far
What's not so great: Price is a little high
This is the review i did for newegg figured i would ut in here where i bought the card. I Play world of warcraft 5.0.5. on ultra settings with 16x AA 1920 x1080. steady at 40f in regular play, dual 23" HP2311xi monitors with gaming on primary 1. Dips to 25 when in high demand in stromwind trade district spinning circles but still steady. about 180fps when in a spot with nothing like when near a wall and not moving. Running on a HP 8h-1234 from best buy 10g of ram, fx-6120 6 core and game running from an SSD and windows on a 1T hard drive with a wi-fi connection. Also Upgraded PSU to thermaltake 600w at same time as card.
Got over 100 plus FPS all over iron forge with ultra settings.
thermal load not bad mid 60c's
Maxxed out completely in diablo 3 running 60-70fps on same pc.
Not being a hardcore gamer i am very pleased with my purchase of this card. My pc came with a Radeon 7450. I had a 5570 laying around and it was a noticable improvement. then going to the new xfx R7770 ultra overclock was a huge quality improvment. Furmark gave me a 15fps with benchmark preset 1080 at full screen. I would fully recommend this card to anyone who is not looking for the best of the best but a good solid performer.
I am currently running this card over clocked at 1145mhz and the memory maxxed at 1300mhz. along with a 20% over run in the msi afterburner program.

What's great about it: Runs Cool, Quiet
What's not so great: None as of now
I bought this card to replace my 5 year old XFX Radeon 4870. The 4870 was a great card but ran VERY hot. The fan was also pretty loud and the fan eventually started making rattling noises that irritated me to no end... therefore resulting in me replacing it with this card.
The 4870 also required 2 PCI-E power connectors, while this card only requires 1, which is nice. The fan is very quiet and keeps the GPU cool in comparison to my old 4870. I have had no problems running COD and GRID 3 on all maximum settings. My frame rate remains amazingly high.

What's great about it: Price per performance
What's not so great: Optimal configuration can be a hassle, but you don't gotta...
First off, I'm running Windows 8 Release Preview and installing this card was a breeze. I have two monitors, but neither Windows nor the AMD Catalyst Drivers (DOWNLOAD THESE FROM AMD.COM) would recognize my secondary monitor but everything was fine after I plugged my secondary monitor into the bottom DVI slot and primary into the top slot.
The next thing I did was download Furmark and start testing the card with AMD OverDrive on my second monitor.
I got this card stable at 1170 MHz core clock with a 1220 MHz memory clock on a stock 300W PSU from and HP Pavillion Desktop with a Eureka 3 motherboard and Core 2 Quad inside. TIP: ADJUST POWER CONTROL TO +20%
I should note that my old video card, an XFX Radeon HD 4770, was covered in dust when I pulled it out of my case and I desperately need to have my computer serviced as the PSU fan is also covered in very visible dust.
The card is quieter than other cards at this level of performance and can be adjusted with OverDrive down to 300 MHz, all but eliminating fan noise.
This card does run slightly warmer than my 4770 at idle (53 C) but it does stay fairly cool, even at (overclocked) load on a balmy summer evening in a mostly un-airconditioned apartment.
THIS CARD IS NOT THE VIDEO CARD OF YOUR DREAMS. YOU WILL NOT MAX-OUT CRYSIS AT A PLAYABLE FRAMERATE.
My (overclocked) 4770 managed decent frame-rates in most often-played AAA games.
This card outdoes the 4770 by providing more AA and AF at a reasonable frame-rate.
What this entails is that it probably isn't going to make THE difference in game-performance that will let you play the latest-and-best in games if you're upgrading from a 4770, 5770, or 6770, but you will see improvements. Busy regions of MMOs won't cause as much stuttering (unless you turn the GFX up), textures will pop-in less (because of the 1GB memory), and so on.
If you're just entering the desktop GFX card market or upgrading from something severely dated, this should be the go-to card if you have a shoe-string budget, but want to play the latest games with comfort.
On the other hand, if you need a card for HD media playback or more casual gaming, you might be over-spending to a magnificent degree.
Also, it comes with Nexiuz (a $10 value) if you register, which is a chore as you might need to backtrack and fill-in your home address after the fact. I had to fiddle with it for the better part of 10 minutes before I stumbled on the solution.
