What's great about it: two light settings, two vent setting
What's not so great: the vent also vents out to the kitchen and not entirely up the flue
Looks nice and runs fine. I don't know why the damper was screwed onto the top of the range hood where it is visible. The carrier delivered it damaged at one corner but we hammered it out and painted it with matching appliance paint.
I would recommend this to a friend!
