What's great about it: everything
What's not so great: not sold in stores (at least i could not find one)
this item is fantastic, i just bought a new laptop computer and the slot for the memory card did not fit the card in my camera. i purchased this adapter and bingo, problem solved. i can now sit down, plug in the memory card and im printing pictures for scrappbooking, photo albums, or whatever. this item is dumby proof, the ease of use is thoughtless, just plug into computer, or directly in printer and everything is done for you. i would recommend this product to anyone

Works well. Eliminates the need to connect wires from camera to computer if your computer slot is too big for your card.

It doesn't work, it doesn't read the card at all, the computer doesn't even detect that the memory card is there when you plug it in. I need to return it.

What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: If used frequently the plastic at the end breaks off
I use this adapter to transfer photos from my SD card to computer. My first one lasted for several years but the end plastic started to break down. This time I bought 2.

What's not so great: It was of no use to me so I returned it
Although my memory stick fit into the adapter, the adapter was too small to fit properly into the slot on my computer, I was not able to get my computer to recognize it. it did not do what I expected it to do.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Needed a larger memory stick for my trip overseas, but I was using an older Sony camera. The adapter was perfect... easy to use, didn't break or fall apart over ten days, and I came home with great photos.

Adapter works great to convert my Sony camera memory card to my Gateway PC. The only problem I had was shipping took forever due to Best Buy address rules. Won't ship to a PO Box but wouldn't accept my physical address either.

What's great about it: It was the exact same one that came with my camera!
What's not so great: Can't buy it in the store.
I lost my memory stick adapter and I thought it would be impossible to find a replacement.. but low and behold.. Bestbuy.com had it! I was very hesitant to buy it because I was afraid it wouldn't fit my tiny memory card, but when it arrived, it was the exact same adapter that came with my camera! I am extremely happy with the purchase.

What's not so great: It's only available online, not at Best Buy stores.
The Sony memory stick duo adapter is an excellent product that allows me to use the digital print centers at stores such as Walgreens. I wish it were available at Best Buy stores and not just online.

What's great about it: Being able to use the same Sony Camcorder for 5 years and still enjoy it.
What's not so great: It took me for ever to find it. I came to Best Buy''s website 3 time before a person had to assist me.
Most affordable upgrade your Sony Camcorder could get.

What's great about it: fits in my epson printer
What's not so great: that it's not sold already with the epson or mentioned in the manual
I have a memory pro duo card that needed an adapter. however the sony camera manual and my epson printer all in one did not say that i'd need one and I tried to just put the card in and it got stuck. Then I went to Best Buy and someone on the Geek Squad looked it up and told me how to order it. It came to my house and i put the card in my Epson and saw my pictures on the screen like I was supposed to. This is something everyone who has an Epson all in one scanner needs if they have a sony pro duo memory card. It will not fit in with out this adpater.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a much needed item if you have an older Sony product that needs older memory sticks but can oly find newer Duo memory. Simple and practically foolproof.

So you put your card in the slot in the photo frame and it gets stuck and you need twezers to pull it out. Well not with this. It makes it so much easier to get the card out as it sticks out more and for older people it is much easier. Plus the price was right as mine came with my camera.
