What's great about it: Works well
What's not so great: Itchy, bulky and awkward
This wrist strap is, in my opinion, less worth the money than one would think. It is an effective device, but it's bulky and hard to work around. Finding things to clip it to is also annoying. If this wrist band were more self contained, it would be great. However, when worn for long periods of time, it gets itchy and chafes the skin. If you're hard core about your maintenance, buy it, but otherwise, just ground yourself out before you start.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Ease of setup, okay price
What's not so great: Velcro wristband instead of rubber, short grounding wire.
Comes with a metal plate inside the wristband that creates contact between you and the alligator clip that is supposed to be clipped to a grounded surface.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works good! I never fried any of my hardware I have installed. I would recommend getting one
