What's great about it: easy to install, no leakage, always work great results
What's not so great: opening the box and removing it from cardboard

"I dread changing ink cartridges because it is such a challenge to open the package within which the cartirdidge is buried. Once I get the cartridge out it is easy to install and my printed output looks great, but it takes far too much time and energy to open the package. It distracts me from my work. Over many years I've never had a defective cartridge."

"The price couldn't be better and the quality is what I've come to expect from HP products. Skeptical at first, but cartridge arrived the same as I had purchased locally. Half the price delivered to my home. Works as good as if it were purchased here off the shelf. Will do business again. Great product also arrived very fast."
