It's Mario Kart! I've played Mario Kart since it came out on the SNES. I've never been let down yet. Of course you can't expect the best graphics, but it sure is fun to play with friends and other people online. My one main concern that people should look out for is if they plan to play online. Unfortunately Nintendo did not think through when making the wireless side of the DS's. Make sure your router is WEP(which may slow down your router speeds if you have fast wireless N routers) compatible. If not, you'll be on a long road to frustration and the only other way is to not password protect your wireless router and keep it open.
What's great about it: Gameplay, Fun, Great for Everyone
What's not so great: Price is still on the pricey side, Wireless router requirements

Love it. Downloadable for versus play. Decent amount of tracks to race on.
What's great about it: Entertaining
What's not so great: Designing car decals and saving can be difficult for younger children.

This was a gift for my 8-year old nephew who loves it. It's so easy to use that nobody had to set it up or tell him how to play the game. He just figured it out right away.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: Keeping the battery charged

there is like challenges thats sort of a capain...also there are three different levels of racing and you can unlock a lot of new stuff....any gender/age group would like it!
What's great about it: its a lot of fun for any age
What's not so great: if you dont know how to do something your stuck

I bought this for my son for his birthday and he hasn't stopped playing it yet!! Very easy to play, simple controls and overall full make it at top of the line game!!. I also like the fact that we call can play the game only using one of the cartridges!! Proof that simple and fun can make a great game!!
What's great about it: Multi player with only one cartridge
What's not so great: Nothing

I bought this for myself. Got the DS XL because I wanted the larger screen and purchased several games I thought an "older" person would enjoy. It's great, but I can hardly keep it away from my college-student daughter.
What's great about it: Graphics, variety, everything
What's not so great: nothing

Kay, i'ma 14 year old and I like this game. lots of characters and game modes, once again, mario pulls it through to make an awesome game ;)

This Mario game was a great buy!! If you like any sort of racing game I'd look here first. My family and friends all enjoy playing it. I even got my friend to buy it for her DS. My family and I also got the Wii game which was great as well.
What's great about it: Fun to play!!!! Great tracks to chose from!!
What's not so great: Not many tracks to chose from on DS download play. Otherwise nothing!!!

I bought this game last year and I was going to buy some other game that I got later. Buying this one first was a good deccision because it's really fun and my 3 sisters and I love playing it together. It's also good on the wii. I hope there is a second one.
What's great about it: Easy, yet somewhat challenging, very fun, especially when playing with friends
What's not so great: There aren't very many tracks to pick on DS Download Play
I would recommend this to a friend!

it's a good classic mario kart game that will always be a favorite. This is a must buy. It doesn't get old as quick as all the other games. I didn't wanna put it down it down. It's that much fun.

i wish they would have included the battle for online use. that wouldve made this game superb. it is a good game. if you love mario kart then you should get this game and play it anywhere you want. theres lots ta do when you're tired of regular racing all of the time.

great. must have for any ds owner. i also recommend new super mario bros, and Mario Party DS.

Me and my 7 year old daughter just bought this game and have had hours of fun. The gameplay and graphics are great. She has no trouble playing it and it is not too hard for her as some games can be when kids are young. She loves this game and is so glad to have it. We will definatley get our money's worth here. You never know what your going to get when you purchase a game. This one is worth the price. I grew playing this game as a kid so even if you are an adult buying it for yourself it is highly addicting. This is one of the better Nintendo DS games I have seen and played.

This game has plenty of characters, a LOT of karts, and some really good tracks. I had hoped the graphics would have been a little better but they're still OK. This game is better than the GBA version of Mario Kart but not as good as the Wii version. Overall a good, solid game.
What's great about it: Many of the tracks are really fun and original.
What's not so great: Online mode isn't that great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The game where normal racng rules don't apply! It's fun, addicitve and extreme. Best game ever released by the nintendo company, where you race head to head with the mario characters! It starts of with a simple easy race track and then it gets harder and harder, with lots of bonus and surprises on the way! Kids and adults love this game it's neverending fun! You can keep playing continueously and never get annoyed or bored! One of the easiest game to learn how to play, and he funnest. You have many choices to choose from of characters to cars. Thinking about buying it, well don't wait get I promise it's worth your money.
What's great about it: It's easy and addictive
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this game for about half a year. I always have fun playing it!!! I never get tierd of it. There are lots of things to do on there, like lots of races, and games. I would really recommed it to a friend!
What's great about it: You can never get enough of it, easy to set up, and has a good price.
What's not so great: Nothing, absoultly nothing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a good and fun game for kids any age, I would recommend this game to people.. It isn't really hard to play, younger kids could learn how to play it easily...
The graphics in the game are good! In this game you get to choose the character you want to be and what type or car/mario cart you want to drive, and you get to unlock different courses to race on. You also get rewards/metals if you place highly in a race..
