What's great about it: Looks brand new on outside, Android Software easy to use
What's not so great: Camera shutter very slow to respond, Screen failure after 2 weeks of ownership.
Purchased the tablet as a gift for my wife. Everything looked and felt like brand new, except for the stickers all over the boxes saying, "Refurbished." After 2 weeks, while wife was reading a downloaded booked, the screen displayed scrambled horizontal lines over the entire display making the device unusable. Rebooting temporarily fixed the problem until another 5 or 10 minutes went by. Same issue appeared with the display. I immediately contacted the warranty center as instructed and after 2 days of email tag, was given authorization to send it in for repair or replacement. Unfortunately, I did not keep the original box or packing material and the warranty does not cover the cost of shipping it back. Therefore, I have now invested 32 dollars in packaging and shipping to get the unit back for repairs. I wish I had just spent the extra money for a new one. The hassle of packaging and shipping the unit, combined with the down time for its repair has made this an uncomfortable purchase. My advice is to spend a few extra dollars and buy a new one. It's not worth the risk. If you decide to buy the refurbished model, hold onto the boxes, packing material and receipts for 90 days (length of warranty) or you'll be in my shoes,
PS. The jury is still out on whether the unit will be properly repaired or not. With my luck, the technician will find nothing wrong with it and will return it as is (COD).

This product is... responsive touch screen, Variety of apps available, Sharp graphics, Easy to navigate, Great screen size, Comfortable to hold

What's great about it: Great price, Easy to set up, Easy to use
I ordered the tablet on the 7th and got it on the 9th, it worked and looked like it was brand new and the set up was so easy. I have brought two other tablets brand new and this by far is my favorite. I love it!

This tablet is fantastic. It was very easy to upgrade to ICS operating system. You will not regret it if you would purchase this. I am very happy, its easy to upgrade and the extras is a plus???

What's great about it: Good quality, great color, excellent price
I spent many hours reading reviews and narrowing down what product to buy. I love my Samsung TV's so I knew I would be happy with the tablet. I have never used a tablet or an iphone so I was new to this market. I am so happy with my purchase. It did take a while to charge up for the first use but now it boots up fast and is very easy to use.
Even though this is refurbished it did not show any signs of use and is 100% guaranteed. The price is what sold me and to get the docking stand with it makes the value even better.
You will not be disappointed!
I would recommend this to a friend!
