What's great about it: the taste of the water
Being that this is my first fridge, i'm going to say the price is good. The quality of the water is really good. I prefer this over bottled water and other purified water.

What's great about it: It's a filter
What's not so great: Don't see anything different than the old filter I had on
I do not drink the water from the refrigerator it looks ok but it tastes bad. I do not trust tap water to drink even if it has a filter. I only bought this because I need the filter for the ice cubes that refrigerator makes. I know the ice cubes have the water but at least its not alot of tap water I'm consuming. I still spend $1.25 on 5 gallon water bottles.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Very easy to install
What's not so great: Running water through it for 3 minutes
The old filter came out and this pops right in. The instructions say to run water through it for 3 minutes before using it- the fridge won't let the water run that long, it shuts off automatically. so that is kind of a pain, but nothing else bad to say about this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Easy to install
What's not so great: High cost
We hadn't changed our filter in probably 12 months and the water was very slow to dispense. This filter was very easy to install and the water tastes great! It was a bit expensive, but if you want water from the fridge door, you really have no choice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: better tasting water
What's not so great: cost
This is one of those necessary items that makes your water taste better. You need it for the water dispensor. I think it was a little overpriced though.

What's great about it: cleanses the H2O
What's not so great: needs to be changed tooo often and price toooo high
The water won't dispense quickly when it needs to be changed (which seems to be more like every 3 months instead of the 6 months that it is supposed to be changed)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
