What's not so great: quality is poor feedback problems will cause noise

"bought this cable to run from my computer to my amp and works well if sound quality is not what you are looking for.
but will add a tremendous amount of noise to your music."

What's great about it: Very usefully
What's not so great: unfortunatly broke after 3 years use, hard to unplug

"This is a good quality cord. Thick and feels pretty good. It can be a little hard to unplug on the red and white side. I used to pull it by the cord and now one side doesn't work. My bad. It's worht the 10 dollars."

What's not so great: More than it should be for a simple device

"Bought this to take advantage of Neflix "instant view" movies online. My laptop had 3.5mm stereo headphone jack and TV had rca inputs, works!"

What's great about it: Works beautifully
What's not so great: None really

"This is a great gadget. I have an MP3 player (not an ipod) and needed a way to connect it to the back of my stereo through the white and red connectors. Well, this is simple enough for anyone and you just plug the single piece into your headphone jack. The sound is great! Solid - strong - no static. It's like listening to your original cd's with no distortion. Worthy of a buy. I also leave it attached so that I can get home and plug my MP3 player in to listen in my back bedroom."

Small Thing, Big Difference 02/13/2008

"When I first bought my iPod, I anticipated listening to it through my stereo so I also purchased an in the Apple Store audio cable. However, I have two stereos in my home. And I very quickly got tired of pulling the cable out of one and installing it in the other stereo.
Then I bought this audio cable from RCA. I'm actually listening music more often now! It turns out that having to move that cable around had had a prohibitive effect on my listening joy. Each stereo now has its own mp3 audio cable that is always installed and all I have to do is hook up my iPod without moving stereo components around."

What's great about it: Long enough to reach around the back of the stereo, Great sound quality, easy hook up, solid connection to stereo & ipod
What's not so great: connector covers screw off easily
