What's great about it: Can always expect great printing
What's not so great: Yes, higher than generic or self refills

"I just recently purchased 4 ink refills for my HP printer. I know purchasing HP ink is a little higher than having it refilled somewhere or buying a generic refill, but with HP you are guaranteed excellent results, no matter what you are printing. And at Best Buy, I can always expect to get great customer service and can always find the ink color I need in stock. I don't shop anywhere else for my printer ink supplies."

What's great about it: Easy to install
What's not so great: Price compared to the multicolor value pack?

"Normally I purchase the multicolor value pack that includes the black ink. However, since most of my printing is in black and white I have used up the black ink and have several of the other colors cartridges left over. So I purchased this single black cartridge to hopefully get me thru using up the other colors. I know the value packs hold less ink, but how much? I think it is still a better deal to purchase the multicolor value pack (with photo paper) most of the time and then purchase one of these black "full" cartridges once in awhile to get caught up using the other colors."
