What's great about it: No problems
What's not so great: None
I got this oven about a week ago as an alternative to my gas oven. I mostly cook up frozen foods like pizza and I prefer a dryer heat than gas provides. I'm still mastering getting the crusts crispy the way I like, but so far the oven has worked pretty well.
The interior dimensions are approx 5.5" high, 12" wide, and 10" deep.... with bend in the middle of the back (for pizzas presumably) that makes it about 11.5" deep in the center.
I wouldn't mind a little bit more insulation to cut down on my energy bill and improve kitchen safety, but this oven is probably no worse than comparable ovens. (It does warn you not to put foil on it (for additional insulation).)

Awesome product! My wife bought one and it saves us money in our energy bills. It's so much easier to use it, rather that our conventional oven especially when the item is small. I would recommend this to anyone!

What's great about it: Convection was great
What's not so great: Toast setting burned lines onto toast, takes long to heat up!
I loved the look of this toaster, but if your toast is on the bottom rack, you might as well forget about it becasue the burner burns lines onto the toast. Also, it takes at least 5 minutes for toasting, waaaay too long to heat up! AND only lasted a year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Small ouside, BIG inside, auto slide-out rack, reversible racks
What's not so great: convenction cooking takes some getting used to.
Fell in love with the looks of this product, looks very high-end. Also not as tall as other large-capacity toaster-ovens. Two reversible racks so you can set your food just about where you want in the oven. Comes with broiling/baking pan. Crumb tray slides right out the front, no opening the door and trying to wiggle it out like some others. And yes, a frozen pizza does fit! The convection bake takes a little getting used to but produces good results, nicely baked, crispy food. With two kids in college we have less to bake so we like not needing to fire up the large oven, keeps the kitchen cooler that way too. Nice for warming up leftovers that just don't come out of the microwave nice and crispy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Doesn't heat the kitchen up like the oven does
What's not so great: shelving needs improvement
Really nice small counter top oven, however, if you want toast, buy a regular small toaster. Getting evenly browned toast is impossible unless you stand by the toaster turning the toast back and forth by hand.
