"Bought the set b/c of the price. I'm very picky so i was skeptical...it's not any nosier than any other...the only thing i don't like is the light doesn't come on automatically when you press any of the dispensers. Otherwise, great buy."

What's great about it: Nice looking inside and out, good price
What's not so great: It never worked from the day I received it, and, I had to get it serviced twice before Frigidaire would replace it!
"When a new item is purchased and received, you expect it to work. You don't expect the refrig to be cooler than the freezer and for the unit to be worked on two times, before Frigidaire will even budge to replace their "lemon" product! Not to mention, the number of phone calls that you have to make, in order to fax work orders, explain your story, give Frigidaire model & serial numbers, someone to review your case, so on, etc. It took me over two months to get my side by side replaced. With the wonderful staff at the Best Buy in Lake Charles, LA, on November 7th, I will be a proud owner of a Whirlpool side by side. Frigidaire really needs to work on customer service...something that took me over two months to get resolved, took Best Buy a couple of hours!"

Great Storage

What's great about it: spacious
What's not so great: haven't had any problems
"I ended up chosing this product over another I really liked becuase of the measurements I needed to install it. It turns out it was everything I needed It is more than enough room for three peoples worth of meals. The freezer could be a little bit bigger but with a little organization everything works out. I had Best Buy install it the guys were great and had it installed with in an hour."

Worst Refrigerator ever!

What's great about it: 26 Cu. Ft
What's not so great: shelves and doors breaking. Water dispensed thru door warm
"We've only had the fridge 3 years. We've had to replace shelves on the door 5 times. The cheese drawer handle has broken off and the crisper drawer is cracked up the front. This refrigerator is not noisey when running however the ice constantly falls everwhere. If you open the freezer drawer it falls down on you. As you get ice out of the ice dispensor in the front you can hear the ice falling everywhere inside the fridge. The only thing that this refrigerator does is keep the food cold. Trying to get someone at Frigidaire is a joke their 800 number is in canada and just circles around and around and I have never gotten a live person. All I heard before this was how great "frigidaire" products were. I WILL NEVER BUY ONE AGAIN!"

What's great about it: Cheap Stainless Steel Appliance

"This fridge came new with our brand new house. It is about 18 months old and we are not impressed. It keeps the food cold, as it should, but has several issues that are just not acceptable. It is loud, but that isn't so bothersome. First, the ice maker doesn't know when to stop. We have tried adjusting the "on/off" bar as many ways as possible, but still every time we open the freezer ice is overflowing and falls out. everywhere. We have friends with the same model and it has been a constant issue for them as well. Even a repair man couldn't fix the problem. The latest issue is the water dispenser. For some unknown reason the water is leaking out of any opening it can rather than coming out of the specified water tube. It is only 18 months old and now we have to pay to have it repaired. Will never buy Frigidaire again."

What's great about it: storage space, looks, value

"This fridge is working great for me. It is by far not a quite series or a luxary series at all. It keeps your food cold. It makes noises and runs all the time. Some of the noises it makes worries me but who knows it could last forever. I have only owned it for about 2 or 3 months. So we will see what happens. If you need a bottom base model stainless fridge like i was looking for get this one. As of now i am recommending this fridge due to looks, storage space and it still works. Just don't expect luxary with a base model like this. I got it for 900.00 cause it was a floor model in Chattanooga, TN on gunbarrel road. No complaints with best buy. THey as usual are always great. If the fridge doesn't make it i will blame the manufacturer not them."

Don't like this fridge

What's great about it: The price is good, it's a nice looking fridge, and it has plenty of space.
What's not so great: Runs 20 hours out of the day. We hear it when trying to sleep with our door closed.
"We've had this fridge for about a week, and it runs constantly. When I called electrolux for help she suggested it is too warm in the kitchen. It's winter in No. California, so that's not it. It is also very noisy when it's running, we can hear it with our bedroom door shut when we're trying to sleep. We were going to call for service, but after reading reviews that other people complained about the noise and constant running, we are going to return it tomorrow. I must say that Best Buy is very helpful and has terrific service, so we will certianly buy the next fridge from them without thinking twice about it."

"Like another reviewer we got this appliance as part of a package deal. Seemed like a good price at the time, but we had to return it because it was just too noisy. Fortunately, Best Buy exchanged it for us without any hassles, so props to them."

"I saw this great deal on bestbuy - all kitchen appliances, including this fridge, for less than two thousand. Now I see why they were selling the fridge at such a low price. It's energy inefficent; it spends about an "estimated" 727kWh per year, or $77 in yearly operating costs. But the worst part is the frequent noise. This loud noise comes on about once an hour or so, and it's loud enough to wake me up even when I'm in a different room. My advice to anyone looking for a new fridge is to be aware of what they're buying before they order it online."

"We just purchased this fridge and like everything about it, but the doors are not even. I have put a call into the warranty department and they are coming on Friday to fix the problem. I have not had any problems with the noise. I think it runs pretty quite to be honet. Plus, it holds a ton of food. Great Fridge!"

"Liked everything about this frig, except the noise. Sounded like an air compressor was running in the next room. Called warranty line, they knew it runs loud, told me to put cardboard under it, did so, no change. We took off the back, tightened loose screws, readjusted fan bracket. This helped, but it runs constantly, warranty person said it runs 19 out of 24 hours, hence the low energy efficiency. We returned this frig."
