What's great about it: Stress free typing for hours What's not so great: nothing
"Best keyboard I ever owned. I type for hours and my wrist is totally relaxed. Has some extra keys that allow you bring up the calculator, Internet Explorer etc. It comes with a USB-cable. The keyboard is large and may be a bit bulky for traveling."

What's great about it: The angle and wave allow for a very natural hand position. What's not so great: I wish it had a USB port for HIDs
"I love this keyboard. I've been using ergo keyboards for so long that I am unable to type on a standard board. This board is the most comfortable and best designed that I have ever used."

What's great about it: Comfortable for the wrists What's not so great: Extremely loud, space bar is hard to press down, lack of basic media keys
"I bought this keyboard a few years ago and it's been my main one all this time. I bought it because of the height platform it came with that raises the wrists up to a very ergonomically comfortable level. Unfortunately, this also makes the keyboard take up a huge footprint and will not fit on the keyboard drawer in a lot of desks. Thus, I've taken it off and don't use it.
The keyboard is a standard Win95 format which includes several media buttons for extra functionality. I personally am not a big fan of them except in the case of audio controls, which do not function since I use iTunes instead of Windows Media Player.
Value for Price There are far better keyboards out there for the price you'll pay for this one. The ergonomic shape, however, is great if you're really concerned about ergonomics and wrist injuries.
Compatibility Works "out of the box" in Windows of course. Haven't tried it on a Mac. It is only compatible with Windows Media Player. It will not control iTunes. Anyone with an iPod will find the audio controls useless.
Design The ergonomics and shape of the keyboard are, like I mentioned, very well designed for the human hand. I write quite a bit and do not experience any wrist fatigue. However, that's about the only good I can say about it. My first grip is the audio controls. Only Volume Up/Down and Play/Pause are present. No next track or previous track buttons. Come on Microsoft! I use the Next and previous track buttons way more than the Play/Pause button, but since it doesn't work with iTunes anyway that makes it a moot point.
The other problem I have with the design is that its extremely LOUD. It reminds me of those old clickety-clackety keyboards from the 80's. Plus, the space bar's curved shape makes it difficult to press down. I have to slam it hard with my thumb every time. If it were a standard keyboard with no curved shape and platform it would be a carpal tunnel machine without a doubt. My wife's computer is in the same room and she can barely stand it when I'm typing because it's so loud and annoying.
Ease of Use Hey, it's a keyboard. You type on it and words appear on the screen. It's not rocket science. All the keys are in the right place and the only issue would be if you've never typed on an ergonomic keyboard before. I regularly switch from a standard keyboard at work to this one and I never even notice. So in short it may take some getting used to, but it's not that bad.
Overall Overall this keyboard is NOT worth the money. Next time I'm probably going to go with Logitech or some other brand that has full audio controls and doesn't sound like a train going over tracks when I type on it."

What's great about it: Quiet, Comfortable, Fast What's not so great: Could be a little less expensive
"I tried several different keyboards (both Natural and rectangular QWERTY) before settling on this one. It is, hands down, the best keyboard that I have ever used.
As a computer programmer I spend long stints at the keyboard. With rectangular QWERTY keyboards, those without the split in the middle, my wrists would start to feel strained within a few hours. It finally dawned on me that regular keyboards force your wrists into a very unnatural position when your fingers are on the home keys.
The switch from rectangular keyboards to Natural keyboards eliminated wrist strain. I can type for 12 hours on this thing and not feel any strain at all.
Switching to this particular Natural keyboard resulted in much faster, more accurate typing with much less noise. I think this keyboard helps you type faster because each key press requires less force than any other keyboard I've ever used.
Worth every penny. I just bought a second one for home use."

What's not so great: The letters on the keys wore off quickly
"I do medical transcription and use the keyboard for hours each day. I love the ergonomics and it has really reduced my tennis elbow, but after about a week of use the lettering on the keys wore off. I am going to buy a new one exactly like this, but before use I am going to put clear nail polish over the letters to help them stay on longer."

What's great about it: Easy to type, comfortable, keys are quite What's not so great: more features with the keyboard
"This is a great keyboard, I thought that with the separation of the keys would be hard to get used to but really I don't notice. I have noticed that I type faster. But what i did have to get used to was the curve of the keyboard but I got over that in a few hours. I love this board so much!!!! Also when I type the keys are not noisy so that is a very but plus, they glide well and it is very comfortable."

What's great about it: Very comfortable, My WPM went up by about 10. What's not so great: The 6 key seems to be on the wrong side. Must be a design flaw.
"This keyboard is very comfortable and easy to use. The only problem (for me) was the key layout. The six key seemed to me to be on the wrong side. Other than that, it is a great keyboard and I will be using it often. Other reviews mentioned something about the space bar but I have not run into that problem yet."

What's not so great: None
"This was my first ergonomic keyboard. I love it! I have a lot of people who come to my house and are huge critics of the keyboard but once they give it a chance their opinions change. I seriously am tempted to purchase one to hook up at work and I don't even type all that often. People are saying the spacebar is too hard to use but I haven't had a problem."

What's great about it: quiet, good touch What's not so great: space bar requires a lot of force, takes getting used to
"The key layout will take some getting used to and I had to replace mine (just after the warranty expired,of course) when the space bar was permanently depressed and I couldn't release it. The space bar may be a design problem because you have to press hard on it, not a good aspect if you're using this to ease stress on your hands. But overall, once you use this keyboard, it's very hard to go back to a normal one."

Not so Hot08/10/2008

What's great about it: Much less expensive than actually useful ergonomic key boards What's not so great: space bar is to unwieldily for those who actually use a key board for typing
"I purchased this for my wife who is a self employed graphic designer and type setter, recently diagnosed with a repetitive motion injury. The amount of typing she does made the poorly designed space bar a big problem. It requires too much force to operate it, a problem if your using it because of a hand injury. Also the lack of a USB port is a more than slight inconvenience."

Great Ergo Keyboard04/29/2008
By Psiorian
What's great about it: Ergonomic What's not so great: Sticky spacebar
"I purchased this keyboard yesterday because I started to feel initial feelings of carpal tunnel.
After using it, I could feel that the design was very adaptable to my workstation. I found that I had to raise the keyboard in the back to put a less of an angle on my wrists.
Like most people have said the space bar is stiff when I bought it, and it should become more worn-in as time goes on."

So Comfortable04/21/2008
By Kuiksilv85from Rochester Hills, MI
What's great about it: Comfortable, Hotkeys, Volume control What's not so great: Stupid back/forward buttons by space bar
"I absolutely love having the split keyboard. I used one at work a couple years back and finally decided to get one for home. My hands never hurt from typing anymore and I feel like I can type faster once I got used to the split layout. I would highly recommend this keyboard to anyone looking for relief from sore wrists, but be warned, the split key layout can be annoying at first if you can't type without looking at the keys.
I do wish they would remove the back/forward hotkeys located below the spacebar. They are for web browsing but I do from time to time hit the back button while typing an email and lose my letter if i'm not paying attention."
