What's great about it: THE SIZE SAVES SPACE AND IT IS EFFICIENT
What's not so great: IT HAS NO INTEGRATED STANDS....
VERY GOOD PRODUCT WITH QUALITY THAT FULFILLS OUR EXPECTATIONS AND MORE. THE SOUND IS AMAZING IT IS LIKE BEING AT THE THEATER. EXCELLENT QUALITY, AND SERVICE. BEST BUY HELPED US A LOT IN CHOOSING THE RIGHT ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM THAT MET OUR NEEDS. THE DVD PLAYER IS A PLUS, BECAUSE NOW WE CAN WATCH OUR MOVIES WITH THE PERFECT SOUND SYSTEM.

Not Reliable -- Get the Extended Warranty!

What's great about it: Good Sound, ease of set up
What's not so great: DVD loader not reliable; not really surround sound quality
I've gone through three Bose 3-2-1 systems and have had the same problem with each one: after about two years the unit's CD/DVD tray loader refuses to open, effectively eating the DVD inside! Three for three. Fortunately, I've purchased the Best Buy extended warranty and have been able to replace the unit each time (Bose policy is to not repair but simply replace the system); now, I've learned that my 3-2-1 unit has been discontinued (probably replaced by the GSX, which costs $400 more). Perhaps the GSX has overcome this issue... it's worth asking your sales associate before making the sizable investment.
As for sound, it is rich and full but it does not give you a good surround sound experience that you'd get with a 5 or 6-speaker system.

What's great about it: Sound, Clarity And Ease of Use.
What's not so great: A little pricey!
A GREAT little, but BIG in sounds, stereo that sounds amazing. This stereo easily sounds better than some of the 5.1 systems out there.
A Thumbs Up if you don't want to spring an arm and a leg and messing with a ton of wires than this Bose system IS for you!
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: installation, size, sound, quality
What's not so great: price, you might get scared from how good the sound is
like the last reviewer said, its very easy to install, the sound is deep rich everything is perfect. bose is amazing and if you dont belive it, try it. looks nice too. the only thing is alot of people wouldnt wanna spend the money on a system like this because chances are it might cost more than the tv.i got it with a huge discount from my cousin. but its one of the best out there no doubt

Simplest. Setup. Ever.

What's great about it: SUPER Easy to Setup
What's not so great: Limited to 3 (maybe 4) aux sources
4 wires. Let me say that again... FOUR WIRES. Count them- I kid you not! I am absolutely AMAZED at the ease of installation. A power wire, media cable, Y-split speaker wire, and component video cable later and I was DONE! To add things like VCR or TV sound are just an audio cable away as well! I got this as a gift for my parents and my dad has given nothing but rave reviews since! He loves the sound quality and the fact that he gets a near-surround sound experience from just the two front speakers! I think its best in a small room (which they have) and if used with a high-def TV that has an optical output for sound. The system only has 3 sets of inputs (plus 1 optical), so if you use your TV as the receiver and then run the audio out back to the 321, you'll end up with plenty of inputs at your disposal! The 200 hours of music storage comes in handy too. My mom is not very tech savvy, and she really enjoys being able to press one button and hear her favorite CDs play whenever she wants!
