Just what you expect.

What's great about it: quality, good price, adjustable height, heavy base
What's not so great: nothing
Quality made, nice heavy base. Exactly what I was hoping it would be. For the price, I was concerned that it would not be made that well, but it has surprising quality. Perfect for a desktop mike holder. The adjustable height is a real bonus.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: size is perfect for desktop
What's not so great: have to contort pop filter quite a bit to get it to work
I use this mic stand to make multitrak recordings with my computer software, firewire mixer, and large diaphragm mic w/ shock mount and pop filter. I am very happy with the purchase. See photo for how I have it arranged.
I would recommend this to a friend!
