What's great about it: Powerful
What's not so great: Many pieces to store
This immersion blender is very powerful and mixes everything well. I have made gravey and other things and it does all well. Yes I would recommend it to a friend.

What's great about it: Easy to use with fast and easy clean-up
What's not so great: Didn't chop mushrooms
We have been very pleased with our purchase. The hand blender is easy to use and the clean-up is quick and easy. I've utilized the hand blender for smoothies and mixed drinks and it has no problem with blending or crushing ice. However, the head is rather large, so you may have to mix your drink in the large cup provided instead of your drinking cup. I've also utilized the food processor attachment. We have had success chopping everything we needed with the exception of fresh mushrooms.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: LIGHT WEIGHT
THIS IMERSION BLENDER IS GREAT! iT BLENDS AND MIXES RIGHT ON THE STOVE. MAKES SMOOTH SOUPS,WHIPS CREAM AND BLENDS JUICES. CAN'T ASK FOR TO MUCH MORE.

I love this immersion blender. I use it mainly for sauces and soups. I has a lot of power and cleans up very easily. I've never tried it for making shakes or smoothies, to me a regular blender would be better.
I would recommend this to a friend!
