i installed a week ago ,very easy to install,when i first went online after the install,WOW!!!,everything is faster,i may need a seatbelt to keep me in my seat.should have done this sooner,it's like magic.

What's great about it: Ease of install, speed of PC
I have no knowledge of computers what-so-ever. My 5 year old desktop has been sluggish for a long time so I decided to try to install more memory. Went to Best Buy to make sure I got the right thing for my computer, they were very helpful as always. Got this memory card home, took me 5 minutes to install & I am amazed at how much faster my PC is!!! Wow, I should have done this a long time ago.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Easy to Install, Increases my ram from 1GB to 1.5GB
What's not so great: A little bit expensive!
I got this ram, so I can increase my ram on my second computer from 1GB to 1.5GB. It sped my system a little bit. The only downside that I wanted to say that this type of ram is old! and they're selling it double the price of a ddr2 1GB ram.
Anyway I can't complain, my 7 year old PC runs fast again!
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Gets your old computer perfoming like its new again.
What's not so great: Nothing!
I bought this today and my computer is back to the speed it was 7/8 years ago when I bought it. Trust me when I say, if I can install this, ANYONE can! No need to buy a new computer when you can spend $70 and transform the speed of your old computer to a brand new one. Super easy to install. I should've done this a looooooooooooong time ago! If your thinking about it, don't wait any longer.

What's great about it: Sooooo easy to install, plug and play
What's not so great: Didn't expect it was soooo easy to set up
After so many years of my desktop freezing and locking up on me, I was soooo close to tossing my 512MB RAM HP desktop that I purchased in 2005 out the window and float test it in the sea. But before doing that, I decided to give it one more chance by installing more RAM . Also financially, a 65$ is waaay more cheaper than spending about 1000$ on a new computer and Best Buy allows a 14 day return if it didn't work. Well after installing this 1GB Ram, right after the start-up I noticed the difference. Everything worked smooth and fast. Pictures, Music, Internet start-up and large document files opened up with ease.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Awesome speed
What's not so great: nothing
I played Rome Total War and it took 10+minutes to load so i decided i needed to improve my RAM, i had 1gb with two 512 cards, so I went to best buy and picked up two of these cards, and it made rome load 1000000000times faster. Thanks bestbuy. It also took my FPS on world of warcraft from 30 with the Radeon 4870 512mb card to 60 with the improved RAM

Honestly, it took longer to take this out of the package then it did to install. I went from 512mb to 2g in about 3 minutes.

What's not so great: Shortage of supply
Honestly I'm a computer nerd. I know my way around a pc. But unfortunately, I was unaware as to how low quality my RAM was. I have had memory die on me before, and I was starting to suspect that my ram was dying.
So, I went to Best Buy, and got myself a new set of Ram. Got this stick, and put it in the PC. Boy was I stunned when I got the thing booted. All of my PC and programs ran faster. I was unaware that there was a quality to Ram this well.
When I build my next PC I'm definitely going to purchase more of this brand.Forget Kinston, forget the others, PNY, and Best Buy service is the way to go for me.

What's great about it: Esay to install and worked great with my pc. Did not have to spend too much money.
What's not so great: nothing
My computer was freezing locking up and was unbearably slow. I was planning to throw my computer off of my 2nd story window, but before I did so I went to bestbuy and bought this product. I installed it in less than 15 minutes and booted up my system. What a dramatic change in the performance of my computer Thanks to this product I do not have to get rid of my computer. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to increase their computers performance.

Got this on sale to upgrade a friend's Dell. Plugged right in, and made Windows XP run much better, not a surprise since the PC only had 256MB in it to start with.
I could have saved a few $$ getting it on the Web, but this was a case of "Need It NOW!", so I cruised on over to BB and got it for her.

I was having issues with iTunes hogging all memory causing everything to Pagefile. I only had 512 of memory, adding this memory took care of all issues I was having and it is like have a new Pc without having to reinstall everything. Plugged it in and it was recognized, about a 10 minute install. Be sure to buy it in pairs if your motherboard has your memory slots in pairs.

What's not so great: might not notice much difference in performance
Firstly, I got this on sale for 50 bucks. I wouldn't pay more than that, even though DDR will become more scarce, hence more pricey as it's phased out in favor of DDR2-3.
It was simple to install in my machine; plug in and that's it!
I haven't noticed much difference in my PC's performance/speed, but then again, I run a clean computer, and I'm not usign it for games. I primarily bought this to boost my video performance, and it does the trick.

Whoa !!!! That's all I can say. I was going to buy a new HP desktop because mine had been slowing down as of late. I was going to buy the HP m9340f which has a pretty good array of components inside.
I decided to try and max out my computer before I went ahead and spent 1400.00 bucks for the computer package and a warranty.
Here is what I was running 2.8ghz P4 with 512mb of ram. Radeon video card and the rest is irrelevant.
I decided to get 4gb of memory and max my system out just to see how it performed because I was tired of trying to multitask and sitting there for a minute or two while my computer was opening another program.
When I swapped the memory out and booted up the comptuer I couldn't tell a difference right away. Then I started in and burned a cd while encoding an hour long .mov file to mpeg2. I figured that should be enough to strain the system and give me a good idea of whether or not it was a good choice.
Well like I said I tried to strain the system but it didn't work. The new memory burned the cd and completed the encoding in about ten minutes while I surfed the web.
I've had the new memory for about two weeks and I haven't been able to strain the cpu yet. It loads web pages and cuts through other tasks like butter. I'm glad I didn't shell out 1400.00 bucks because this was a way better investment and I saved about 1250.00 bucks by going with just the memory.
Thanks PNY I am now a big fan of yours.

What's great about it: Easy to install, Works great, Universal for ddr memory up to pc-3200
What's not so great: Bit pricy
I recently purchased two 1 GB PNY ddr pc3200 sticks and they work perfectly. I used the sticks on my VPR Matrix which I purchased from Best Buy about 5 years ago. The computer was slowing up when installing new software that require more memory to run eficiently. I only had 512mb of ram then I decided to upgrade to the max. I went on crucial.com and found out that the motherboard contained in my vpr was capable of holding 2048mb of ram memory so I took advantage. I am satisfied with this product.
