What's great about it: burst of steam
What's not so great: plastic on handle around steam buttons it can not handle heat as its started to divide(melt) from the handle
had it only for around 2 months, and I was hopping after reading all the reviews that it would be great iron, it does provide great amount of steam that I really like, but plastic that holds and its around 2 buttons for steam and water sprey on the handle it started to divide from the handle like it started to melt from the heat
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Irons smoothly, does not stick to fabrics... even when using starch
What's not so great: Nothing
Outstanding performer. Iron glides across the fabric even when using spray starch. Heats up quickly and does not continually turn off during the ironing process. This is the finest iron I've ever owned, I couldn't be happier with the purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Glides well, simple to use
What's not so great: It drips. Constantly have to fill up water.
I bought this last week and it's going back tomorrow. This is supposed to be an anti-drip iron. I thought I was getting a good buy because it's a Rowenta. However, after ironing maybe 5 pieces, it started dripping. The spots did not dry up without stains. The drips left brown water stains on two shirts I ironed. I'm returning it ASAP. So disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: It's reasonably priced, heats up quickly and has a lot of great safety features
What's not so great: I wish it had a retractable cord other then that nothing
I did a lot of research to pick the right iron, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The price was right and I took it home and used it right away and it lived up to all the great things people had been telling me about it. It truly does glide over my clothes! Makes life a lot easier.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's not so great: N/A
This is by far the best iron I've ever had! Glides easy; I can iron a big stack of clothes and I don't have to worry about it shutting off every 30 minutes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Lots of steam, doesn't leak water
What's not so great: Cord could be longer
For some reason my family has gone through several steam irons over the past couple years. I remember when they used to last for years. Well after bad luck with Panasonic, Black and Decker, and other Walmart brands, I tried this one at Best Buy. I am satisfied that it is well made and expect not to have to buy another one for several years.
I would recommend this to a friend!
