What's great about it: It's beautiful
What's not so great: It does not keep the right time. My clock goes 20 minutes ahead every day.

What's great about it: Looks Nice & Works Good
What's not so great: Alarm Function, Noise
"Bought 2 to match the nightstands and the clock and alarm works great. However, the buzzer is extremely loud first thing in the morning (most clocks start low in sound and graduate in loudness), and the radio option blares if that is selected. The look and function is outstanding but the options are limited on the alarms function. SONY should review this, and make adjustments."

What's great about it: variable brightness
"I bought this clock for one purpose, the variable brightness display. The others ive tried would light up the room at night causing sleep problems. This is perfect. Radio is nice too but I dont use that feature."

Nice alarm clock at the right price

What's great about it: Easy to set, nice features, large display, good volume
What's not so great: can't set dual alarm to both radio or both buzzer; have to be "radio" and "buzzer"
"This alarm clock has a sleek and space-saving design. It has multiple volume and display brightness settings; the latter being a key feature I was looking for since my old alarm clock was too bright for sleep. The large green LCD display is easy to read from any distance. It has a big snooze bar conveniently located on the top for easy access when you're half awake. Radio reception is good with the external antenna. The one feature that can be improved upon is the dual alarm settings. One alarm is always "radio" and the other is always "buzzer", so you can't have two radio or two buzzer alarms. Overall a good product at the right price."

A Great Inexpensive Clock Radio

What's great about it: Easy To Read - Big Bold Illuminated Numbers
What's not so great: No Complaints!
"I was looking for a simple, yet functional alarm clock. I looked at all of the models Best Buy had to offer. I decided to choose this model because it was very inexpensive and it gave a lot of nice features. You can adjust the numeral display with an easy dimmer switch. It can be bright or you can even turn off the display. I like the options of having an alarm choice of either buzzer, radio or both at the same time. It has a nice large SNOOZE Button for the extra sleep in time. It is very easy to setup and to use. Very user friendly, even when you are first getting up in the morning. It's simple, functional, inexpensive and it looks great. It has a built in battery backup for those stormy nights when the power goes off........you won't be late for work! A Best Buy for your money!"

"I recently purchased this clock! What a pleasure to see the numbers in the middle of the night without any problems. The dual alarm is GREAT; if you don't get up with the first alarm no fear, the next alarm is there to get you up. I also have enjoyed the brightness feature of the clock; some clocks have such a bright light that is a bother when trying to sleep. Not this clock, you can set the brightness to your own need. I would recommend this clock to everyone..."

What's great about it: love being able to lower the brightness of the numbers
What's not so great: makes an odd humming noise off and on for no apparent reason
"Radio works okay, like being able to have numbers very dim at night. The switches for alarm setting and time setting are confusing. This clock has made an odd loud humming noise three times which can be heard from the next room. It happens without warning, without being near clock and can be remidied by moving clock around on table until it stops. The cord to wall could be a little longer also."

"If you are looking for a simple alarm clock, then look no further. Giant display with dual alarms (buzzer and radio). My schedule varies a lot so it is good to have two alarms saved at once. I'll admit, it took me a bit to figure out how to program this, but then again, I didn't tread the instructions. And the radio reception isn't too good, but what alarm clock has good reception?
The best thing about this was the dimmer. Some alarm clocks seem bright enough to read by. And I like my room as dark as possible. So, you can adjust the brightness to any level. So, I can still see the time but my room isn't illuminated at night. A good buy."

"If you are looking for an affordable alarm clock with tons of bells and whistles, look no further. My fav option on this particular item is the dimmer for the digital display. No more turning the clock away to get some shut-eye. A reliable product at a reasonable price. (Big snooze button is hard to miss..... can be good and bad!)"

AWESOME ALARM CLOCK

"This is an Awesome alarm clock. I purchased this for my teenage son because his other clock just wasnt waking him up. This one WORKS..he is able to wake up. There are 2 alarm settings, so if he fails to wake up for the first setting the second alarm is a wonderful back up. The number display is excellent it has a dimmer switch, I personally like it bright. This is definately a product that I would reccomend to others."
