The Grand of all Theft Autos!

What's great about it: The graphics, weapons, vehicles, new abilities!
What's not so great: The map is not even close to half of San Andreas.
"The only problem i found in this game, is that first, the city is not even half the size of San Andreas(GTA), and that you unlock all the are before reaching %50 of finishing the game! But the graphics, music, cars(you CAN steal cars and bikes directly from the agency!), Missions, Weapons! and length is great!!! Worth 40 bucks, believe me. Though there's a small chance that you get bored before finishing the game."

What's great about it: Was fun while it lasted
What's not so great: It just stopped working. Nothing wrong with the XBOX because it plays other games. This one just cut out.

"This game is great. It is suitable for the whole family. It is not as inapropriate as evryone says. You do not have to do the bad things, that is optional. The only thing you have to do is when you do the campain you may have to take care of some drug dealers. But who cares about drug dealers. They are bad people. In this game you are actually cleaning the streats of mean people. You have to do this with use of force, of couse. But, sometimes you dont achieve your goals without some force. Like, if you tried to talk to a person who was about to shoot you, you would be dead. But if you kicked the gun out of the person's hand and tackled him/her to the ground you would have a better chance. I'm just saying that all the bad things that they say are in this game are optional. It is also a very fun game. You can really do anything you want. You can fly a helicopter then jump out over water and emerge unharmed. Great game, do not imediatly think it is to inapropriate."

What's great about it: Online,Storyline, basically everything about the game.
What's not so great: Some people exploit glitches during online play.

What's great about it: Amazing graphics, great storylines
What's not so great: Missing some of those fun SanAndreas features
"GTA IV is an amazing breakthrough in modern gaming! The environment of Liberty City has come to life! From the skyscrapers, to the vehicles, to the weapons, even the water flowing down the rivers have been graphically designed to perfection. The writers from the GTA franchise come through again! A whole new storyline brings a hard-edge and humorous adventure to the game! However, if you have an appreciation for extreme detail and customization in these games, it kind of takes a step backward from GTA SanAndres as far as customizing your cars and your personal style. Also there's no working out or learning new fight moves. But you can hide from the cops in the game which can be fun! I miss going to airports and flying planes like you could in SanAndreas. I think if they made a Grand Theft Auto: SanAndreas II for the modern consoles, and had all the features in the orginal plus the graphics of GTA 4, it would be the greatest game of all time!"

What's great about it: Graphics and the non stop action
What's not so great: No multiple cities, dancing
"gta 4 is a great game but they missed out on a lot of things the previous games had. theres no mall which i enjoyed, flying and riding in airplanes, no multiple cities to visit and no dancing in clubs. sure watching tv and riding in a taxi are fun. dating and going bowling and playing pool and watching theatre comedy are great."

"the graphics in this game are incredible for a game in the GTA series. the game has very realistic things like flying through windshields and car crashes and various other aspects. the story line is only under 30 hour but the storyline is in depth and you even chose at some points what happens next. i recommend to anyone who enjoys GTA or just wants to play a fun easy game."

What's great about it: This game never gets old with all of the options
What's not so great: The map is a little repetative
"GTA 4 is one of the most fun games you will ever play. If one day you are in the mood for a challenge, even if you already beat the incredibly long (and amazing) story, then there are plenty of things to do. You can hunt down dangerous criminals, steal cars for money, or even become an assassin. But, if your in the mood for just having a little fun, then there are plenty of things for that too. You can drive around the city, go bowling with friends in the game, or go online just to screw around for a while. But no matter what you want in a game, GTA 4 has it, and it is definitely worth buying."

"the game has a good story line and it is great. the realism is outstanding but it will sometimes suck. you can fly through car windows. everything else about the game is AWESOME!!! as in san andreas you can go to gyms but this feature is not available in gta4. DEFINATLEY BUY THIS GAME!!!"

What's great about it: Graphics, Enviroment, Characters
What's not so great: Story could've lasted a bit longer, Falling off a small ledge after climbing up it, Slo-mo deaths
"I'm a big fan of the GTA series. This game only made me more of a fan after being a bit let down by San Andreas.
First off, you can interact with nearly EVERYTHING in this city. You can pick up a brick and hurl it at an enemy, find numerous small alleyways with a fire escape you can run up, and find side missions with average people on the street.
The missions are very fun, and start you off small. And when I say small, I mean it! One mission involves throwing a brick through a window, haha. But eventually you get up to the big ones like bank heists, large drug deals and assassinations.
The theme of this game is centered around revenge, unlike trying to amass wealth, as is the central theme in most other GTA's. It also plays a part in some missions, where you have to decide whether or not your victim will die. You can choose to let them live and possibly interact with them later on in the game. This feature allows for even more replay-ability. I might start up a new game and change my paths this time.
The only drawbacks are: 1. If you're just goofing around and trying to die in amusing ways, the death camera lasts way too short thanks to it being in VERY slow motion (we all know you want to see Niko fly headfirst into a building and then land on a car on the street). 2. The story is pretty good, but it could've lasted longer. I felt like this was a quick story to get through. More filler characters than ones that help develop the story. 3. Whenever you hop up to a small ledge, you actually jump past it and fall to your death. I'd like to think Niko has a little better judgement than that.
So overall, despite a few minor drawbacks, this is a very good game. The M rating is well deserved, but who doesn't like that?!"
