"This is one of my favorite games on the xbox 360. You can do what you want and never have to follow the storyline. I would say this is the best gta out of all of them and i reccomend this game to anyone and everyone"

What's great about it: Story line, graphics, nice cars, lengthy, and so on
What's not so great: Characters move a little like robots; AI: sometimes cops don't chase you
"This is the first Xbox 360 game I have played. And I can't stop playing! It has got a great story line. And with my HDTV, the graphics are just amazing. However, sometimes the characters move kinda like robots.
As far as the AI goes, I am not so satisfied, because sometimes even if you do something bad (minor ones) before the police, they won't come after you anyways. And yea, you don't have to stop for red lights even if there are cops around, lol.
This game actually makes me want to buy a luxury car in the future, since you can clearly tell the enormous difference among various cars when you are "driving" in the game."

What's great about it: Running amok in the city can be a load of fun
What's not so great: Games hype made it a little letdown, story is meh, some missions are frustrating and repetative
"This is my first in depth experience with a GTA game. I don't have too much to say. The game was ok, it had its ups and downs. Fans of the GTA will probably find a great game in GTA IV, but for me it was kinda forgettable."

What's not so great: Nothing really
"Best in the series. The online play is really fun. Not the best online play (try Call of Duty World at War for that) but really fun. The regular gameplay is fun but gets boring and tedious (atleast for me, but they all do eventually). Graphics and sound are great."

"This game was worth the 2 year wait. The graphics are great and the gameplay is also great. This game gives you much more variety than the previous grand theft autos. Multiplayer is pretty good, very good for being the first Grand theft Auto in the series to have multiplayer, and this game almost never has a lack of players online. A great buy for anyone that likes the grand theft auto series."

"I got this game over a month ago and still can't get enough of it. Anyone who complains about the driving being too hard, isn't very good at driving. If it was too easy it wouldn't be fun except for those who aren't skilled. I think the game rocks and recommend it to every one of my gamer friends."

"This is a must get game. The gameplay is amazing and the ending is great. The only downside to this game is since the new patch driving can be somewhat of a pain. Also the running system is really annoying. But other than that the game is a amazing game you should defiently buy this game if you havn't already picked it up"

What's great about it: environment, story line, being able to jump out helicopters and do all that kind of stuff
What's not so great: gameplay gets old after a while, online sucks
"I played this game until there was nothing to do but kill pigeons, then I got bored, and moved on with other games. Worth playing, but don't expect the endless kind of entertainment that comes from Halo 3 or COD"

"I'd actually give the PS3 version 4.5 stars and the 360 verison a full 5 because the 360 version is getting exclusive downloadable content. Aside from that, the two games are virtually identical. It's a little slow to begin with, but just like a movie, it really pays off as it goes. It just gets better the more you play it. This is one game you shouldn't pass up. The only improvement is that something should be done to make driving to a required destination a little easier. Trying to drive, and see where you're going at the same time can get difficult if cops are chasing you or if you're being timed."

"I love this game. It's fun to play, you get to make choices that effect the story. The only problem that I have with the game is that the e-brake is too touchy. If I try to use it I slide too far around or over correct and hit something. Other than that this game is great."

"Out of all the GTA games, I believe this one is the best. Why? It has a great storyline, the graphics are amazing, and the characters are extremely well developed. There's nothing about this game that someone could find "boring".

"this game is awsome i have been a gta fan for a long time and this game is by far the best gta the graphics and sound is just like real the only thing i would say bad about this game is that when you do a mission and you die or loose the guy your chasing you have to start all the way over and it sucks cause some you get so far then you have to start over thats the only really thing i could say they should put checkpoints in the missions
besides that this game is great and yes i would highly recommend it."
