What's great about it: Pretty easy to use, lock keys feature, great sound, holds charge well.
What's not so great: Clip started to come off easily, it was a little difficult to do some things w/out having to hook it up to the computer.
"Great product, I would like to see how it lasts as far as longevity. My whole family loves it though. Now my 8 y/o and 4 y/o want one!"

What's great about it: Small in size
What's not so great: Hard to load music...very confusing!

What's great about it: inexpensive, easy download, great gift item
"I really like this MP3. I bought it for my son who wanted an iPod nano. He's very happy with this. it hasn't frozen or had any screen problems. The only thing we had to watch out for in the beginning was the trial membership didn't work like it was advertised."

What's great about it: Bright Screen, good price, can look at photos
What's not so great: CANT use itunes, very few video formats useable, heavier then ipod brand
"I think the 2 GB version of the Sandisk sansa is an overall pretty good product. It is slightly heavier then most mp3 players, and it doesnt use itunes. This MP player uses rhapsody or windows media player's URGE. Overall i would recommend this product"

What's great about it: Easy downloading better sound than the ipods
What's not so great: very small buttons
"This little MP3 is one of the best I have every had the sound is quite good compared to the ipod this is my fifth music player since 06 (512 ipod,1GB ipod, 2GB ipod, 1GB shuffle, and the 30GB Zune) my brother likes to take other people stuff and lose it. The only problem that i do have is that the buttons are small but other than that it is good"

What's great about it: good battery life, fm, price, quality
What's not so great: only 1 - ipods have the advantage in pod cast accessibility
"Good FM interface with plenty of presets. Quality is great. Good size. This is the best deal I found, considering quality, fm, memory, features. Highly recommended."

What's great about it: Good sound, replaceable batteries and expandable memory.
What's not so great: Not compatible with I Tunes
"I bought (3) of these players as gifts, and after using one of them, bought one for myself. I have been a I Pod/I Tunes user for years. I have found the sound quality and options of this player surpass those of the I Pod. The replaceable batteries and the expandable memory are fantastic options and the player costs less than an I Pod."

"I have had this for almost a year and it is still working great! I love this product. The sound is great on it. I like that it has the radio because I can listen to my radio stations without disturbing other people. The video on this is also really good. I love how I can put my pictures on it. The rapsody channels is just another great bonus to this amazing product."

What's not so great: froze w/ refresh data base on screen
"I purchased this for my wife for Christmas 07. Down loaded a few songs on it for her (to make sure it functioned properly) Everything seemed fine. Last night 1/22. She asked me to D/L some more music on it for her so she can work out. Plugged it in and it did not respond. Changed to my laptop and got some music on, then when I unplugged it to give it to her to listen it froze. it says "refresh data base" the bar moves up(to refresh I guess) and then stops and freezes. Thats it. She has used this..oh like 4 times. Does not take it anywhere so I know for a fact she didn't do anything to it. Needless to say we are disappointed in the product. We will be returning, might give the brand another chance."

"I just received this as a gift for my birthday and I love it. It seems a little more user-friendly and less touchy than the ipod. The wheel doesn't feel "cheap", it feels like a plastic wheel. Its wicked easy to download things to it and for someone like me, that's great!"

What's great about it: Cheap, works well, expansion slot
What's not so great: wheel feels cheap
"I'm mainly writing this to respond to the other review about the broken screen. I too bought this player for my daughter and the screen went bad on it also. But all it took was filing a support query with Sandisk and they replaced the unit, even though it was likely that she dropped it, which was why it was broken. I was pleased with the support from Sandisk and the replacement has been going for over a year now."

What's great about it: looks good
What's not so great: screen messed up only a few days after first use
"I bought this as a gift for my daughter. It worked fine for a few days, but some kind of ink spot came on the screen and I couldn't get any help getting it fixed or replaced. She could still listen to music, but couldn't see any of her icons on the screen."
