What's great about it: Looks cool in black, plays GBA games, Headphone port, Wifi, Pictochat
What's not so great: Visible fingerprints, Delicate
"The Nintendo DS Lite is the best Portable Gaming System. With the dual screens and one of them is a touch screen, just imagine how fun playing on it is. Comes with charger, two styli, and Pictochat that is like and instant messenger.
Uses Wi-Fi technology, no connection wires like the old game boy advances. The Nintendo DS has personal options too, like putting in your name, birthday, alarm clock time and more. This is great for travel or just at home."

What's great about it: Portable with a wide arrange of games.
"I got mine after Christmas, at least that is when I started to look for it. The system was hard to find, that should tell you how good the system is. There are so many games ranging from learning, playing, role playing and even animal raising. The feature to link the system with up to 3 others in cool. Some games don't even need all system to own the game. It was definitely worth the 1 1/2 month wait for the item to be come available again."

What's great about it: Ease of use, wireless connects to other units

"My daughter loves her DS. I enjoy some of the puzzle games, myself. The charge seems to last a long time, and the lithium battery is much better than the throw aways! My daughter likes the fact that she can link her DS to her cousins', and they can play the same games."

What's great about it: Easy for a non gamer to use and so fun!
What's not so great: The black case shows ever smudge. Drives me crazy. I should have got the gray or pink one.

What's great about it: Small, Durable, easy to read screen
"This was a Christmas gift for me and I love it!! There are so many different types of games you can play. I especially love the brain teaser games. I use this all the time to play sudoku in between classes or when I'm sitting somewhere waiting for something. It's small enough to fit easily in my backpak or purse. I would definately reccomend this."

What's great about it: Compact, long life before charge
"We wanted to buy this for Christmas but it was all sold out. It finally came in and we bought it right away. The best purchase ever. My husband and my mother and I play it everyday and cant wait for each other to finish. We love brain age. And my husband loves golf and other games. I would definatley recommend it to everyone."

A sweet handheld system!

What's great about it: Duel screens, wi-fi, plays GBA games, battery life, bright screens.
What's not so great: Weak hinges crack.
"Just when I thought the Gameboy Advance was great, Nintendo out does themselves again with the Nintendo DS. It's a great handheld system, and to make it even better they made the DS Lite version. I bought it the 1st day it came out! I totally love the new design, now it could match with my Apple iPod. The screens are very bright. The size is much smaller & it feels lighter in weight. The only thing I didn't like was the hinges, mine already has cracks. The 1st DS model had strong hinges that didn't crack, the DS Lite is made with weaker plastic. It's just a cosmetic thing & it doesn't harm the system at all. Other than that, this by far is the best handheld system right now!"

Fun New spin on an Old Concept

What's great about it: New Touch Screen is a neat feature, Black Color looks nice
"This is one of my favorite new handheld systems! I honestly like it better than PSP. I don't spend a lot of time playing it, but I can say that the time I do spend with it is enjoyable. The double screens and touch feature add a new zest to an old idea.
The graphics on this little guy are great, not quite the best, but I am more into the old fashioned nostalgia of sub-par graphics when it comes to handheld systems. The game selection is amazing with the ability to run DS as well as Game Boy Advance games. I would suggest this system to maximize your playing experience and selection."
