What's great about it: Excellent sound quality, excellent picture/graphics, easy to use, can use older games
What's not so great: Touch screen can wear out
"Overall, this is a great gaming device. The sound and picture/graphic quality is excellent. I also love that you can play the older games from the GameBoy! The only bad thing is that the touch screen can wear out. For example, if you play the same game over and over, the places that you touched on the touch screen can wear out within months, around 9 or 10. All and all, I would reccommend this product!!"

"We have three in our family and we all use them. They come in lots of colors are easy to use. The kids can connect them and play together, friends bring them over and do the same. They are great when they need to keep busy."

What's great about it: Easy to Use, Compact, Durable
What's not so great: Only a One
"I love my Nintendo DS, it is a great thing to have for road trips and whenever you are bored. It fits easily into most bags and it can stand some wear and tear, but don't go overboard.
Another great thing about this game system is that there are games for all ages and ones that are great for keeping kids minds active and ones that are just plain fun.
One downside to this is that if you use the touch screen too much or too hard it will wear out. I recommend to get the warranty when you buy it, that way if something really goes wrong with it you can try and replace it."

"I love this product, its sleek,fun,and comes in great colors, when ever theres nothing to do i just put a game ,turn it on and done im playing, im using every single day ever since i got it, and 1 charge you could pretty much use it all day.So many games to choose from 1 of the best parts is that it can work with GBA games, its a fun product, easy to use, great for all ages,whats not to love!"

What's not so great: Losing the stylus
"This is a great product for anyone over the age of 8. I am getting one for my mother who is a senior citizen. She loves Tetrus but has trouble seeing the screen on her old GameBoy Advance; but has no trouble on the DS."

"We bought this for my 5 year old after she kept using my teenagers DS. I thought maybe she was too young, but that was not the case. She loves the games. I like that the games are reasonably priced also. I like that there is a variety of games for all ages. SHE LOVES IT!!"

"great fun for travel or just sitting at home, and LOTS of games to choose from with more coming out every day. I love some of the old school games that have come back in the form of DS games, and the DS Lite is as easy to use as the old console controllers were. The stylus and touch screen are great too."

What's great about it: Great games and great travel entertainment

"My nephew and niece had the DS and our kids loved it. So we bought one for the household. Our 3 yr. and 6 yr old loved the Super Mario games and so we had constant fighting over it. So as bad parents, we just bought another one so they both could play at the same time. My wife and I also play it quite a bit and always have it with us when we travel. The DS made a 10 hr drive much easier for our little ones. They never complained once. It also had affordable games. All most all of the games have little mini-games that are awesome. 2 people can also play against each other, even if 1 of them does not have the same game. You can download from one DS to another. It is the best money I have spent."

What's not so great: screen scratches, battery can take a while to charge..

but i got mine and had to return it because there was some screen prob.
best buy was really nice and gave me a new one and so far there has been no prob and i really enjoy using it"

"I received a Coral Pink Nintendo DS Lite for Christmas. I love it. My boyfriend and I play every night before we go to bed. My dad has even taken it from me for a couple weeks at a time and he loves it, too. In fact, I convinced my dad to purchase one for himself when he goes to our vacation house. I love the different games that are available. I;ve only purchased 8 games, but I have so much fun playing them. I'm looking forward to purchasing more games and enjoying the different genres of games that are out there."

"it's really great. they could lower the price. the games get boring after a while. after a couple of years, nintendo will come up with something new. the only bad thing is that it gets outdated very quickly. they could lower the price a little, oh yeah, you'll have to buy a case. it's a MUST HAVE! otherwise, it's great!"
