"Finally got my hands on one of these ... and I must say it lived up to my expectations! It is a great party game, can easily be played by kids and adults alike. The included controls (wii-mote and nunchuk) are intuitive, the standard Wii Sports disc included with the console has a few interesting games. The graphics are simplistic, but the fitness test motivates you to stay on an exercise schedule! Would definitely recommend getting one of these if you would like to move around and play your video games with your family."

"The Wii system itself is a fairly small system that does not give off that much heat, as compared to the PS3. Great system overall, plenty of entertaining games for the whole family. My wife, 4 year old daughter and myself spend about an hour everyday racing against each other in MarioKart...the daughter loves it! Very easy to use remote, the Wii Wheel makes it much easier, especially for children...and they love it because they feel like they're actually driving like an adult. I've purchased 2 Wii's so far, one as a christmas gift for my nephew and one for my household.
Strongly recommended!!!"

"I just got my Wii yesterday. I purchased the last one in the store. I got there and there was two left, then they sold one, so I decided to get the last. I have been wanting one for a long time, so I broke down and got one. I bought Marvel: Ultimate Alliance with it, it's awesome, it has a lot better graphics than my PSP. My arm is already sore after playing tennis so much. I definitly recommend one, especially if you see only one left, get it, you won't regret."

"Never thought I was going to have a Nintendo Wii System because they were always sold out. But when I did finally purchase one, it was the best purchase I made that my whole family can enjoy. The set up was easy and when they say it's designed for kids 5 to 95 they were right. My 6 year old granddaughter got three knockouts in the boxing game. She really enjoyed the tennis game and bowling. The whole family connected in a way that brought eachother closer. I just had to go out again and buy two more remotes. NOW I'M JUST WAITING FOR THE WII FIT TO BE BACK IN STOCK, then I will be writing another great review."

"When I decided that eventually I would buy a Wii, I figured all I would ever want was Wii Sports, which came with the purchase. Turns out it's not so. Wii Sports gets old very quickly, and since bowling is the only game where you can actually compete in a full game/match/round, etc. you will lose your interest quickly. The games which are available for the Wii are very limited, and not many of the games I would buy have even been released. But there are a bunch of innovative titles available that would only truly be fun on a Wii. Again, the most unfortunate element of this system, which is endemic to most if not all games systems ever created, is that there is often very little skill involved in achieving success in the games (specifically Wii Sports), rather, it's how the computer interprets your movements and can therefore decide how to execute the maneuver you intended to use. I am looking forward to some new coming releases."

"This is such an amazing invention!! It's so much fun for all ages. Since it's all based on your movements, it's pretty self-explanitory and easy to use. The graphics are great, as is the sound. The sound projects out of the remotes, too, so it's very life-like. I especially love the Miis feature, where you create yourself to play different games. I would definately reccommend this to anyone, and I already have! It's excellent."
