What's great about it: Bissell product, works as designed.
What's not so great: It's a vaccum filter, so not so exciting, now, is it?
I gave up a long time ago trying to "save money" by buying replacable items for appliances and such. It's pretty simple, Bissell appliance- buy a Bissell filter.
As with most things, if you buy cheap, you'll end up buying twice.
I would recommend this to a friend!
