What's great about it: Powerful, many features.
What's not so great: Very deep microwave but not very high
I thought I had done all the necessary research prior to purchasing this microwave but I still ended up with a lemon. It is a very BIG microwave and very powerful. It has many features that I will not get to fully investigate because I have to send it back because the turntable doesn't turn any more. Without the turntable, you can't cook very effectively.
This product is or has... The power to cook quickly!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: good value
What's not so great: shipping took a long time
The microwave works great, size and power are good and the defrost and auto reheat features seem to do a good job, too. I am very happy with this purchase. The Panasonic microwave I had before was nearly the same machine and lasted 14 years and worked great, too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: The how to instructions are clear
What's not so great: the edges are very sharp
I just purchased this microwave over the internet. If it was available in the store so that I could look at it, I probably would not have bougjht it.
When I took it out of the box I cut my fingers on the edges. They are sharp and not rounded or smoothed down.
I will have to be careful when using it. Since I just got it I can't give a cooking review.
Warning be careful when opening the door or cleaning the unit around the edges.
I also wish threre was a cookbook included.

What's great about it: Cooks evenly and food is hot
What's not so great: nothing so far
After 9 years of using my microwave that was in my home when I bought it, it finally went out and I saw this one while looking on my computer because I had broke my hip and could not get out to shop for another one. All I can say is I love this one. It not only looks good setting on my counter it cooks great. Everything comes out hot and it cooks very evenly and cooks exactly to the time it says on the boxes food comes in. I am very pleased with this microwave.
Pros: add a pro

What's great about it: Ease of use, great price
We are very pleased with this microwave. It gets quite a bit of use from a lot of employees and performs exceptionally well. It is quick and efficient and heats the food thoroughly and evenly.

What's not so great: not in stores
Light weight roomy microwave. Simple to use right away. Don't understand why it is not available in our local stores or available to be shipped to our local stores for pickup.

What's great about it: easy to operate, does what it claims, very nice looking.
What's not so great: A little loud when running
We had a Panasonic microwave for 28 yrs, just recently the turntable quit turning even though it still worked. When we bought this microwave it was very easy to use at a time when all other microwaves were so hard to operate, so naturally we looked at a Panasonic when looking to purchase another. We weren't disappointed, this new one has the inverter for defrosting and it performs exactly the way they claim, very nice looking, and guess what easy to use like our old one, kudos to Panasonic for the ease of use like our old one, if something ain't broken don't fix it!!!!

What's great about it: Easy to read display, Just the right size, heats & reheats nicely
I have had this microwave for about 7 months now and I think it works great. The display is very easy to read and the door opens & shuts smoothly. I tried a GE 1.1 cu before this Panasonic but returned it because of the display, door, noise level, & poor heating. The Panasonic has none of these issues. I am very pleased with this microwave. I ordered online & had shipped to my house.......no problems with shipping either.
I would recommend this to a friend!
